ALL antifungals, kill CYP enzymes. and all act like finasteride.
When you say all, do you really just mean all the azoles? What about piroctone olamine? I've been using PO shampoo instead of ketoconazole.

After I crashed, my shit turned green and I lost about 20lbs. A stool test showed I was seriously lacking beneficial bacteria, which meant nothing to break down bile in my intestines = green shit. I tried all sorts of probiotics without any change, until I started combining it with inulin and psyllium husk like in this protocol. My stools regained their color pretty quickly, and I started putting on weight slowly. Now I'm a healthy weight, and I was happy with my digestion for a bit, but things started slipping about 2-3 months after dropping the probiotic/insoluble fiber protocol. I started getting bloated after meals again, so I'm hopping back on to patch things up. My advice to everyone is to stick with it, and definitely top things off every once in awhile even after your digestion has improved.

What diet did you have when you dropped the probiotic/fiber protocol and reverted back?

Do you think diet played a role or perhaps you just need a longer run with the protocol?

This wont Eliminate a Systemic Candida infection right away.. But I guarantee it will balance out the gut, and that's the first step.
i've given it to enough people over the years to know. Everybody that sticks with it can't believe how well it works, and seemingly uncurable gut and skin issues resolved

Does this include healing psoriasis?

@joekool if he takes antibiotic for 30 days, there is no bacteria left. He has been doing this for years, and was doing antibiotic many times also.

Antifungal is 5 AR inhibitor. You need to understand it. ALL IMIDAZOLES are 5 AR inhibitors. all ANTIFUNGALS are 5AR inhibitors.

Since antifungals have to take iron from the cysteine iron cluster to work. thus fluconazole, ketoconazole, are used for hairloss, all imidazoles

this is why when people take testosterone they get infections. since testoterone lowers hepcidin, and increases iron in blood. that is what testosterone is for. to increase IRON.

I never saw anyone cure SIBO by flushing anything from the stomach. or doing some sibo protocols.

It is always has to be CELL mineral content.

Candida will show up in 10 minutes it is everywhere if the cell mineral content is wrong.

It is the same as flush your pool with OZONE for 2 days, killing all organism and then never change the PH. in 2 days your pool will be to the same condition.

You are taking test, you just pound yourself with iron. Obviously you will have strep and all kinds of infections.

ALL antifungals, kill CYP enzymes. and all act like finasteride.

thus people who go on antifungals, go back on finasteride like substance

Should PFSer's and non-pfser's be concerened about anti-fungal use?

Maybe its not as potent as taking sp or fin right?

Or if the antifungal is taken maybe twice a week and cycled...5ari side effects will not happen?

I havent seen any reports of antifungals causing pfs crash but i ask because i dont want to set myself back and i have some close friends who were considering taking them for their own gut health. Dont want them get pfs.

It's possible diet was a factor, I did start introducing more carbs since they stopped giving me as much trouble. I'm back on low carb now.

I don't like buying probiotics online since they typically need to be refrigerated.. unless they're the shelf kind.. see if your local health food store has a powdered one u can mix in.. if not a capsule kind is fine

Does this include healing psoriasis?

My neice didn't have psoriasis but she had unbelievable breakouts, rashes and just all round terrible skin.. she couldn't eat anything without triggering it.. especially corn.. I saw this coming when she was younger when I would look at her tongue..

anyway , after begging my sister to drop the fucking Dr and all the drugs they wanted to put her on for it, I INSISTED she do the protocol.. my niece did it kicking and screaming. ,texting me everyday that she hated it and the taste,, blah, blah .. lol
after 3 months she is totally free. Her skin is perfect. That was a year ago. I don't think she even does maintenance.
She can eat anything/everything.. her allergies are gone.. and she realizes what a baby she was about it..lol.. she literally got her life back and still can't believe it based on How bad it was
I would say stick it, it definitely can't hurt. Please keep everybody informed on progress

Will do for the next batch, sometimes they come with ice packs to keep it all cool

Right, I still question where it's been sitting, especially an online store that sells everything.. if it comes from a probiotic company than yea, cuz that's their core business

Do you have any supporting research or like an article or something to support this sort of approach? I'm genuinely interesting in trying it as I have suffered from gut problems and food allergies since I was like 14 years old. Then my skin started getting bad and eventually hair started thinning out. Probably all related to gut problems, which I have been trying to heal but this seems like a more concrete approach to addressing that issue.

Like I mentioned in prior posts, I came across this protocol from a site/blog called
animalpharm .. but that site is a graveyard now.. a lot of the posts have been deleted etc.. but u can research yourself.. it's basically prebiotics, resistant starch, probiotics.. and wheat grass (high orac value) to supercharge the feeding of your microbiome.. everybody agrees, probiotics help, prebiotics help etc.. we're just putting them all together in one drink

I was not really taking about SIbo protocol, I was taking about drugs. antifungals to Joe.

Sibo protocol is good . I did all of this, okra, resistant startch etc. lufenuron.
Do you think it would be a good idea to run the OP protocol while also doing TEI at the same time?

@Ocguy if we get a probiotic in a capsule, do you think we could just chug half the mason jar down, then swallow the capsule, then chug the rest down?

How important do you think including probiotics is?

Ive taken probiotics before but they're transient: they just help for a few hours, and you have to keep taking them, they dont colonise.. it sounds like the resistant starch helps build the good bacteria that have already colonised in you
