How important do you think including probiotics is?

Ive taken probiotics before but they're transient: they just help for a few hours, and you have to keep taking them, they dont colonise.. it sounds like the resistant starch helps build the good bacteria that have already colonised in you

Yea, I know what u mean.. but before my gut got really jacked I used to just take probiotics and after a month things seemed to improve for several months.. so something is going on long term..

in fact, I had a buddy that had terrible heartburn.. everything he ate triggered it.. I got him on jarrodophilus.. nothing special.. after 2 months he's been totally cured. No prebiotics or anything else.. once a year he runs a 1 month cycle just because.. but he doesn't need to.. this guy is severely overweight, terrible diet. But the probiotic was all he ever needed.. so somehow something stuck.. with all that said, you should be OK without them.. the protocol is pretty comprehensive regardless.

Prebiotic (nutrition) - Wikipedia interesting how this article mainly talks about GOS saying its similar to breast milk, but it does mention FOS / inulin. Maybe GOS is better?

Well, based on your observations looks like FOS works anyway

@Aleksandr as I said already many times, we found that fungus mallasesia restricta is high in people. Mallassesia restricta is a fungus which eats FAT. and grows when there is problem with fat metabolism.

Mallasesia restricta is what causes acne.

you can't kill fungus or bacteria. If you have a problem with fat metabolism it will grow back within days.

Small intestine is supposed to have zero bacteria in it. SIBO is an overgrowth of normal bacteria which rises from colon into the small intestine, just because change in the PH and lack of bile.

Colon is acidic and bacteria lives there. and if no bile and problems with fats, bacteria from the colon rises into small intestine.

that is why liver flushes is crucial since most people had no bile acids for a long time on fin, or other drugs and your bile ducts physically are blocked.

and thus bile is not coming thru and it does not kill bacteria etc in small intestine. and it does not emulsify fats correctly. So undigested fats accumulate in your body, causing lipomas, and overgrowth of fat eating fungus. and seboretic dermatitis.

Then adrenaline might go up since you are getting no fats inside of the body , and too much fats are floating in the intestine. causing growth of mallasesia restricta.

May be that is your problem.

this is may be why you have high adrenaline and low sodium in blood. and high sodium in hair.

probably since adrenaline or noradrenaline is high ( adrenaline could be actually low)

this causes the body to lose sodium from the cell, and stop sodium retention. thus you have low sodium in blood, and high in hair.

and thus water leaves the cell. May be that is what dry eyes are.

this is why when you took magnesium dry eyes get bettter, since it lowers noradrenaline action blocks the receptor, or adrenaline I am not sure which one and SODIUM gets retained. and water goes into the cell.

but it is all about mallasesia restricta and fat metabolism.

Who came up with that food is digested by bacteria LOL

food is digested by digestive enzymes. and has nothing to do with any bacteria. digestive enzymes , stomach acid, bile digests your food.

and you are supposed to have LOW fermentation in small intestine. but since lack of bile, and lack of cleanse of small intestine you have too much fermentation in the small intestine. that is why you get high hydrogen sulfate. and this causes block in methylation.

okra , resistant starch are the way to get bacteria out of there by gluing on top of it.

antibiotics xifaxan also is used.

I tried it all.

it comes back very very fast.

this is why you get super young on liver flushes. like super young like a kid.

now you digest fats. and they are not floating undigested in your intestines, causing mallasessia restricta overgrowth.

@Aleksandr people feel good on antibiotic. on it. means when they kill all their bacteria .

Bacteria is important in colon. that is where it makes your colon acids. and then since colon is acidic it sucks water out of your SHIT into the colon.

that is why if you are alkaline you get liquid stool, and if you get too acidic, you can get totally dry stool. since if the colon is acidic it sucks all the water out of your crap like a pump.

this is why after antibiotics I did probiotic enemas. and I found they worked pretty good to acidify the colon again.

this is what leaky gut it. Leaky gut is too acidic Small intestine. which sucks water into it. it is not supposed to do that.

Colon does that.

So if there is too much bacteria in small intestine then it can make it too acidic, which will suck in indigested stuff into your blood and this causes autoimmune diseases. since undigested protein goes into blood.

@Aleksandr I assume that overgrowth of fungus from indigested fats mallasessia restricta could cause problems with bacterial flora.

that is why they found this fungus in IBD crones diseases etc.

@Aleksandr this is why some people can have mutation in folate cycle, methylation cycle. originally , and this will cause problems with fat metabolism

since you need methylation to make carnitine and adrenaline. And those people could be predisposed to PFS.

since may be they digest fats not properly and also carry fats to mito not properly because of carnitine lack.

And as we saw from 10 and more blood tests, it showed zero folate metabolism in PFS people.

So the problems that people have

overgrowth of fungus mallasessia restricta because of fat metabolism problems.

this fungus then could impair proper flora.

So when people take antifungal with probiotics, it may recover proper micro flora.

but it has tendency to come back if fat problems are not solved. and fungus just grows again.

Yes but what if you do resistant starch protocol while on TEI? TEI fixes fat digestion and gut protocol elevites symptoms in the meantime, then TEI makes it so they dont come back?

Do u think that would work? I dont want to do liver flushes again... horrible to do and it flared up my acne last time

Berberine is supposed to be a powerful anti-fungal, and also biofilm disruptor. Only saw recently that Area1255 recovered taking berberine (and horny goat weed) for 6 months, but the anti-fungal activities could be a factor there.

Obviously there is the guy who recovered taking antibiotics followed by anti-fungals following being diagnosed with a parasite.

I've been taking wormwood combination and allicin for sibo over the last month or so, but I've run out of wormwood combination, so I'll switch to berberine this weekend.

Just another quote from Helen that I’ll screenshot on my phone and read over and over again.

What’s crazy here is 5 months after hydrogen water when I was allllll messed up still, I had a stool test done. Fecal fat was absolutely through the roof- along with other fats in the gut. Body clearly couldn’t absorb it.

Tomorrow I’ll get back on my Rife machine and start attacking that fungus you mention amongst many other things.

And lastly- yea once I fixed my gut in late 2017, did an RU/prog cycle for a month and then started doing pretty frequent liver flushes like every 3 weeks. I kept getting younger and younger.

There’s a method to all this madness. We are getting there guys.

Ita amazing Helens head, its like opening the most reliable page on internet haha
TEI will help us with this? Or we should do another protocol? All this matches with me

There’s a method to all this madness. We are getting there guys.

Weirdly enough I've been feeling a little 'odd' this week. Last couple of days I've not eaten during the day, only eaten meat and potatoes at night, but drank bone broth during the day just for "something." I put the odd feeling down to stress at work. Also not been to the gym this week.

I thought it might be the RU trials still giving benefits, and it could well be, but I could be starving something at the same time. It's odd, my first fast didn't give me THIS benefit. I'm sleeping PERFECTLY now and 'feeling' the world. Last two days this has been noticeable.

But within the last few minutes I got a couple messages from my beautiful co-worker and I got a partial, small erection stir BUT GOD that emotional ACHE you get for someone you fancy came up! I REMEMBER this emotion.

I'm just riding the excitement here, could be nothing. But could be something.

I mean, I'm not in Bruschi/Boris/Helen's league AT ALL and FAR be it from me to be forming opinions, but could it REALLY be gut and fungus and things?

I've got a MASSIVE smile on my face right here. When Hackstasis cracks this... Oh BOY imagine the day!

Regardless of it all I'm happy in an 'old me' way like I haven't been since my crash in October/November and I love all of you.

Dude! It's something for sure! Hold that thought & feeling !!

Please journal all you did today and yesterday on your log because even the diet decisions you made including the bone broth could be a huge helper for your developing protocol.

Bone broth has collagen which is high in glycine which is a 5ar inducer... not to mention minerals like magnesium... plus your days are low in sugar (sounds like zero?) which could help! I use glycine at night in pill form & occasionally collagen powder drinks... I will increase it now !!

This is awesome man!

Joe, the guy is a slow oxidizer with high calcium. So calcium activation . glycine is NDMA receptor agonist.

and slow oxidizer has high gaba action. Glycine puts chloride into the cell. gaba also wants to put chloride into the cell.

this is why glycine can downregulate gaba. which is very bad for fast oxidizers, thus Boris and many other people can't tolerate glycine since fast oxidizers have low gaba action.

You could not tolerate magnesium before, since you were not on testosterone, testosterone, retains iron, and iron increases aldosterone . thus your body is ok with magnesium now.

Glycine actually grows fungus. https://cmr.asm.org/content/25/1/106.full Malassezia
