Lifting potassium levels log

Feeling a bit better today, have been eating a high carb diet to hopefully surpress adrenaline a little. Feel calm and lethargic because of the carbs but i don't feel overly alert and stressed out anymore due to the high adrenaline levels.

If i had to choose i'd pick the adrenaline state tho, i had crazy energy and it felt like my brain worked really fast. I processed everything quickly & easily. However i'm sure it would eventually burn me out too. Taking it easy this weekend. :)
You are lucky if you have no SIBO!
I get steady glucose levels with meat only, neoglucogénesis...
High fat gives you less glucose and heavy on the liver…. I really try to stay high in proteins and modulate my fat intake. It is easy because I become disgusted to eat any!

@Nina if you are on Facebook send me a PM...
There can be good stuffs in the vagus nerve stimulation & repair
There are other groups and then the website of Irene Lyon and her you tube videos.
Same with organic intelligence but a bit less didactic maybe…

There are courses but expensive and I am trying to organize something that Will be affordable. Actually you can learn about marketing and advertizing and any manipulation, lol they are based on this knowledge of how we work inside! Psychotherapist have no training in it and doctors either! I have started to suspect that no effort are made in this direction so that we do not see when we are manipulated!

Im not on Facebook no hmm. I'll google around a bit

lol I tried to come out because of the plums in the garden…. very bad idea... 1st cistitis in 8 years and belly pain. I had then pains in my back muscles because of it.

I feel good each time I eat beef and beef! or mutton… Eggs are ok but I also tried again some cheese and it constipates me.

Lots of meat and not too much fats seem better for me, to still make glucose and not only ketones. For a slow it is better to not charge in fats.
My Ca went down a bit and my K went up a bit too. Still a slow 1 though.

Do you have more energy on it too? Feel better?

Now is not the right moment to tell because I was not fully in it since last autumn, because of fruits…
You did not read the feedback I made after the last htma? In the lab results forum.

The difference was so obvious in energy that even my vegan Friends noted it!
At the moment I am tired.
Last year I was eating high quality meat and only meat. Then I ran out of the good meat and ate more fruits...

I could be wrong here but it sounds to me like you have a vitamin K deficiency.
You say you get bruises easily and you have a narrow lower jaw which are pretty obvious symptoms.

What vitamin K does in the body is carboxylation.
This is the process of integrating CO2 into proteins in order to build bones and coagulate blood.
One of the proteins made by vitamin K is osteocalcin. It needs ionized calcium also.
Ionized calcium you get when you have high CO2.
Osteocalcin not only builds bone but also triggers insulin release from the pancreas.

So your case might look like this:
Vitamin K deficiency -> low insulin -> low G6PD -> low NADPH -> low cortisol and estrogen -> high adrenaline sensitivity.

Or maybe I am wrong and this is not your case at all.
You need to know for sure if you have high CO2 or low.

Just read this and this fit me to a T. Can I just supplement vitamine K2? Anyone else know how to increase K levels safely?

I never figured out a way to calm it down, just gotta wait it out I think. For me it also correlates with "outside" stress so if you can reduce that that might be helpful.

It almost sounds like your body being stuck in a constant state of stress even when it's not or should not be. Like your relaxed with a slow resting heart beat/blood pressure but due to what ever is out of balance is causing a stress reaction causing your body to think it needs more oxygen resulting in that random deeper out of place breath being described as "forgetting to breathe". A lot of this is beyond my knowledge but it feels like something that could reasonably happen if you are relaxed with a slow resting heart beat and all of a sudden your body randomly adjusts to the high random cortisol levels while in a relaxed state? I don't know but worth a thought.

I can relate to this with a recent story. The "forgetting to breathe" feeling

My blood pressure got higher than what is usually normal for me recently. I also noticed that I was not breathing as good. This was not all that noticeable because i have not been doing any cardio for the last few months simply because i have been being lazy. So the not breathing as good and the higher blood pressure was not noticed quickly and more or less gradually came on. Well as OCD and crazy as this sounds what I learned is that I am sensitive to something called "chloramine". Chloramine is what's produced when you mix ammonia and bleach together. In order to be in compliance with the strict EPA's (Environmental Protection Agency's) Standards (which is more strict than the Food and drug administration's standards FDA which regulates bottled drinking water sold in stores) a lot of the public water suppliers in United States clean the tap water with Chloramine. Instead of using more bleach, another compound or testing the water more frequently as it's released to the public in order to ensure EPA compliance they just throw ammonia in the mix knowing ammonia mixed with bleach forms toxic chloramine. Of course the public water suppliers say "the amount of Chloramine being produced is too low to cause any harm". This is total BS and typical caring more about money than it's citizens type stuff in the United States. Due to my experience with PFS I am obviously aways paying more attention to anything to do with my health than the average person which I am sure everyone here can relate to. What I noticed recently was a pattern after showering. Nose and throat irritation and tightness feeling in my chest. A doctor looked down my throat and said the mucous membranes in my throat were inflamed despite not being sick. The longer I would shower in hot steamy water the worse my symptoms would get. Finally it clicked and I started researching the water and discovered Chloramine being used, got water testing strips and discovered high amount of Chloramine in my tap water. I stopped showering in my tap water two months ago and ALL of my symptoms went away. The nose, throat and chest irritation. I also had allergy tests done to confirm I am not allergic to anything else that would explain this. I have been showering with cold bottled water. I am breathing better. all of my throat and nose symptoms have completely went away and my blood pressure is going down. I have found studies that show even small amount of Chloramine is toxic and is a upper and lower respiratory irritant. One study they put mice in ankle deep tap water containing Chloramine and within forty five min all of the mice died of respiratory failure!!

Well anyway, my throat nose and chest tightness went away but I am still not breathing as good. When I started doing cardio recently my resting blood pressure dropped. But because my lungs are still not functioning as good most likely due to my "hyper sensitivity" to Chloramine that finally caught up to me from showering in water coming from a public water supply that uses Bleach and Ammonia for the last five years. Not breathing as good means your body getting less oxygen from breathing so your heart starts beating harder and faster so your body can get more oxygen from your blood. I speculate that this is what happened to me and now that I am forcing my heart to have a lower resting blood pressure rate from running this does not necessarily mean my lungs are recovered yet from breathing in the Chloramine. So the result is I am feeling randomly out of breath a little while doing nothing. Best described as "forgetting to breath".

Random story about it's interesting so thought I would share. The only other thing that looks relevant from a quick google search:

The interruption of your breathing may indicate a problem with your brain's signaling. Your brain momentarily “forgets” to tell your muscles to breathe. ... The problem is in the connection between the brain and the muscles that control your breath.

My gut feeling tells me hormones and receptors are probable involved in throwing off the brains signaling to the muscles.

I took magnesium 600-800mg and potassium total 6 grams a day diet+supps. Can that raise it this high ?

What a cool doc, i wish i had one like that to take care of my numbers when needed. Instead i havent received any call from her at all so far, also no calls from my dentist at all, saying: 'you have strong teeth'.

When i was taking Na and K additionally couldnt see elevation in the blood, just calcium for some reason on some tests, but if its recent intake blood test should be able to pick it up. However hair test was showing the increase relatively to the intake of both K and Na.

The sensation of not being able to breathe is back for some reason. I keep having to focus on my breathing or else i hold it unconsciously and suddenly take a huge deep breath.
It feels like my body doesn't want to breathe at all for some reason. Im also lightheaded and dizzy a lot especially upon standing. Salt (bouillon) didn't help the dizziness, might have made it even worse. I also have a weird prickling feeling in my arms/face/back of neck. I looked it up and i think its called paresthesia. It feels really damn weird.

No clue what triggers these feelings. It gets worse with movement i noticed. Nothing really helps besides waiting it out
