Thanks guys. I will stop the resveratrol and continue with Thyroid meds and see how that goes.
By the way I started taking resveratrol because I have really high estrogen per my labs (everything else was in range).

did u notice any libido/better erections while on resveratrol?

I definitely had a positive reaction to the resveratrol. 3 Wet dreams, fuller d*** and balls (not back to pre-fin state but every little bit helps right?), and more pleasurable orgasms with significant ejaculate. Also my urine flow was more forceful with more volume. I haven’t heard anyone else mention this as a PFS symptom but since my PFS crash, urination is definitely restricted as my urine stream is weak. The resveratrol reversed that.
Unfortunately, after being off resveratrol for a few days, I am back to my typical PFS state with a shriveled, shrunken, essentially non-functioning package.

I also had urination issue. That's PFS RELATED

I have you tried going back on the Resveratrol yet?
No. Not yet. Not sure if I will. Need to get straightened out on my thyroid meds first. Going to get more blood work done soon. Shedding has lessened considerably since coming off the resveratrol. Unfortunately all the gains I incurred have gone away as well so that is very depressing for me.

I have the same weak urine stream - that's 3 of us - I'm PFS

I had a weak urine stream also from pfs. CDnuts herb cycle fixed that. A lot of the herbs are really good for your kidneys. I think it took a couple of months and was one of the first things that was resolved.

interesting because people have mentioned on here that those herbs can increase estrogen sensitivity (and have mentioned that resveratrol increases estrogen sensitivity while on it). So those seem to fit with each other whatever that means. I also have weak orgasm, short / crappy sleep, poor muscle tone, messed up skin and decreased skin sensitivity, can't exercise heavily anymore

@Goose12 @wuf @Minime any of you guys post labs or hair analysis on here?

I have labs posted towards the bottom of page 1 in my log. No hair analysis yet.

If you are low in estrogen you are probably sensitive to it, meaning resveratrol will do nothing for you (it's a sensitizer, better for people with high estrogen once you come off). If you are low in estrogen, you need to figure out ways to stimulate production

Crap. Figured the opposite: low estrogen = less sensitivity.

I have low, baseline Estrogen levels and low coper, too. I’m looking at the DHT (baseline as well) + estrogen route, but I am having a hard time looking for an estrogen supplement. Inositol lowers testosterone and, yes, you guessed it, am low in that, too. Maybe Vitex or licorice (would help my cortisol, too)?

What have others tried in such situations? :)
