Is this theory is contraction with the snap back theory. Meanimg willnypu have to stay taking those aminoacids forever? And will you get worse if you stopping taking them?

I seriously think there is no answer about any question. This is a new and just a theory. How can anybody knows what you are asking. We are trying to solve PFS/PSSD that it is even a not medical illness ever studied.
We are in the black dark. I heard people recovering PFS from tomato juice, other from anthibiotics, other from trt, others with herbs, others with progesterone, others with sun...come on!!
Still trying to find a logic?
We all have different bodies with different imbalances with different chemistry, with different probiotics in gut etc
Sometimes I am even wondering what we are speaking about.. theories of cysteine etc... just try. That's the only way you will know if it will work.

@wuf same for pssd. On pssdforum sometimes people would claim recovery by doing some random thing, St John's Worth, inositol, low dose ssri, you name it. But it only seemed to work for a few people at best.
That's why I think it's super important to get as much people tested as possible. Then we will be able to get a clearer picture of all the different things that can be out of balance, and what works for fixing those things.
This is pretty much what gbol has been saying all along. Figure out what case you are, try treatments based on that.
Man my dutie in this life its to ask questions![]()
Yes, I think on this forum we have already enough theories.
that is nothing bad to have theories but...I would approach stuff in a different way.
1) Get the blood tests supposed to have for a specific protocol you want to jump on
2) @gbolduev should give advises to the personal tests for each one and then people should jump on that suggested protocol and suggested supplements from gbolduev
Not doing this way, we are puting infos all over with no sense in my opinion.
I remember I even sent my hormonal panel to gbolduev but he seems not wanting to suggest tailored protocol for each ones. But this is the only way since we are all different.
Didn't he recommended you some stuff that worked well?
There's copper in my zinc supplement. Ive only been taking it for about two weeks though. But so far I haven't noticed any hairlossGuys, does anyone else get hairloss when they take copper?
letro. Protocol for PFS, t3 plus AI. does it work? I saw people get improvement on it. It is the same as taking progesterone high dose like 20 mg . it will work and make you warm and give you energy. Same as going back on fin. But it wont stick. Also libido will be zero on progesterone. And libido will be low on t3 and AI. So it is all about energy mostly. like a patch.
If you take progesterone your metabolism will go higher. libido will go to zero. If you take active vitamin B6 with it , libido will be present on progesterone. This is why when you take zinc, your energy goes up, libido goes to zero, but zinc with active b6 , libido goes up.
Propecia forum has tons of people trying all this, t3, progesterone, t3 with progesterone. Etc. Sorry but none of this stuck.
I would not advice taking these patches, since I think it will unbalance you. We need to build up from the bottom. no more hormones. Simply not worth it
i think i have found somenthing interesting: The Glucocorticoid Receptor: A Revisited Target for Toxins
This may be the reason why people with pre existing toxicity get pfs after finasteride, they had already their GR taxed because of the toxins, and this may be why some people recovered detoxing and killing infections, they improved their glucocorticoid sensitivity. Any thought ?

@TubZy I have been on a gram of Histadine and cysteine bulk supplements hlc for the last 4 days and I haven't noticed any improvements or negatives. How many days was it when you noticed improvements and should I be taking anything else?
The only thing I noticed lately is my skin looks a little better but I don't know if it is related.
histidine and cysteine is not zinc finger protocol/ Just wait a little bit, we are working on it. I will post if it works.

Try taking one or the other, just try cysteine first 500mg a day see if you notice anything. And if you don't after a few days switch to the hisitdine and do the same thing. Noticed it after a few days, but for me it was the cysteine that made the difference.
I can't handle copper supplementation but I respond well to zinc. Does that give you any hints on which one I should try first?
