Doing great in the sexual dept., fasting did no harm there.
Happy my friend!
It didn't harm, but did it actually helped with any considerable %?
Plus, did so long fast harmed you in any way?

Everything sexual is back to 100%, I only had minor libido issues from accutane.

The long fast really helped, all skin issues fixed to about 95%, just dealing with minor oily skin, and hair shedding.

About to start a new protocol today (in my signature), to test against oily skin and shedding, methionine finally arrived today.

For all the guys who have tried R Andro, is it normal that while on it you feel even worse and should give the snap back later?
I ask not for me but for a friend of mine who is PFS as well and is feeling so.

I ask not for me but for a friend of mine who is PFS as well and is feeling so.

On my first cycle I felt fatigued most of the time. Some days I felt really good but I was tired most of the cycle.

On my first cycle the only improvements I noticed was bigger balls, growing pains from bigger balls, more ejaculate, and harder erections. My labido didn't improve at all during the cycle.

The biggest improvement was from the snap back. If I remember right, three days after finishing the cycle the majority of my anxiety vanished and it stuck. Erections quality and testicle size both increased slightly.

Thanks.
The friend of mine says he is even more stacked down there. He is on run from 1 week.
I pushed him to quite, should he go on?

If someone acquired (hypothetical scenario) a fair supply of RU486, and then cycled it at a low dose for 3-5 days and got substantial improvements [PFS]. Could they just keep cycling that again and again [waiting 2-8 weeks between cycles] to get cured.

Or do they need to then move on to other protocols?

Who with PFS or PSSD has hypermobile joints?
-I can bend my fingers in weird ways, shoulders are double-jointed. Used to be able to do shoulder flexion (overhead shoulder stretch) near 360°. As in over my head and behind my back.
-other weird things. My little cousin has some hypermobility. hEDS or HSD. Signs of it I mean, I don't think the actual condition but something similar.
-I avoid certain back, shoulder, and chest exercises bc I don't want to "snap my shyt up" and go too far. And I was doing extra stability exercises and trying to fix up posterior and anterior chain with my trainers. by myself... I can't keep track of all this very easily -- but I'll do what I can to get stronger and fine-tune with those guys later (and kick up results).

Why does R-Andro work? What does it do that a lot of guys have success with it? Does it lower progesterone? Does it increase 5AR activity?

There have been a lot of speculations on this before, but see the quote below.

I hope this explains why people feel bad on anything that increases 5 alpha reductase.

and for those who still think what andro does - just look a this chart. Hormonal Charts & Pathways
as you can see andro inhibits 5 alpha reductase. Because androstenedione converts to androsterone via 5 alpha reductase.

-Am I supposed to test these fasted?
-bioavailable testosterone*, ACTH, 24h cortisol
-I'm guessing not... fasted testosterone (depending how long you're fasting) will lower it.
-24h cortisol --- Urinate 3x? I really can't follow medical directions...
-I'll fast 12 h bc I usually am fasting anyways outside of eating window.

-Will ella or ru mess up any of these results? I'll tell the doc I'm taking ella if I get testing done shortly.

My left thumb feels somewhat disconnected. I had pain in all of my digit joints up until my fast was complete. My left thumb still hurts. This may be partially dislocated or similar.

Maybe just cartilage issue. iT moves too far. I'm used to weird joint issues so I try not to think about it... but I don't want to break part of my hand lifting weights or anything.

Should I get an X-ray or is it just a waste of time?

After my first "minor" crash in March of last year, I had pain throughout my right hand for about 3 months. Sharp pains, aches, tingling, even itching sometimes. I went to a physical therapist about it, they x-rayed, didn't see anything and physical therapy didn't help. It resolved itself in time.

Nice, thanks @Niles. I'm hoping it resolves itself. I've had joint/back pains, etc before pfs. And knees esp (mostly running). So I think this will resolve itself too, but takes time. Physical therapy may not have eliminated my pains but definitely helped me get stronger to work around things and prevent pain... need that again. Already prepaid like $1000 worth of sessions of sports-rehab and strength training (I did 16/24). I need that again. But I'm not in good enough shape to train with them again, just yet. That stuff was very hard.

Yeah, the only thing that I did notice made it worse was typing with a bad posture all day (web developer). Started using a standing desk more and that seemed to help.

Anyone ever buy an oxygen tank and use it for asthma, more energy before you workout?
