    How‘s your thyroid doing these days? I personally take T4 to get my TSH down to 1 or a tad lower. Was hovering between 3-4 before. I need roughly 50mcg. I also take B vitamins, CoQ10, MSM & liquid sodium molybdate to help my bile flow.

    Have you ever tried something like R-ALA, benfotiamine or even DCA? Low PDH activity or a blockade by PDK can cause sympathetic dominance.

    Sometimes, but not always. Sometimes it‘s due to post-infectious MMC impairment, or low HCL (which then leads to low bile) or low thyroid, or low pyruvate dehydrogenase activity. Lots of ways to tackle, depending on the root cause. SIBO itself can also cause bile acid metabolism problems and...

    Have you tested for SIBO? - That can cause systemic inflammation, endotoxemia, liver problems, nutrient deficiencies by impaired absorption, psychological problems, chronic fatigue etc.

    Have you ever tried a T3 containing thyroid? (NDT, cytomel, novothyral?)

    Religion = Magical Thinking?

    I believe Jesus is God. I am absolutely sure about that. I grew up in a christian home, but from a young age I thought that church was lame and stupid and that the Bible was pure fiction. As I grew older, I got involved into New Age Spirituality (meditation, chakra alignment, astral projection...

    Fluoride also blocks pyruvate synthesis prior to PDH and lowers ATP production. I have seen some papers where exogenous pyruvate restored some of the bioenergetics to animals exposed to fluoride. NAD+ precursors like nicotinic acid may help restore glucose to pyruvate conversion in my opinion.

    Kuklinski writes that many of his patients constantly lose electrolytes when they have ATP deficiency. (mainly due from PDH impairment) A ton of ATP is used just to keep up the electrolyte gradient in and outside the cell. „In neurons, the Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase can consume up to 50–70% of the cell’s...

    You can test serum lactate and pyruvate and plasma/serum M2PK (PDHK marker) if you are unsure. I think low-normal levels of PDHK is a sign of good health. Gbold said that DCA will kill almost any cancer, and it‘s a strong inhibitor of PDHK. Glucose -> pyruvate conversion depends on NAD+...

    DCA is sodium dichloracetate. It‘s a strong pruvate dehydrogenase kinase inhibitor, which in turn restores pyruvate dehydrogenase activity. Fasting, chronic stealth infections, toxins, stress, medications, mold, enviromental chemicals, B6 or zinc toxicity all increase that PDHK, and thus shut...

    Where is your TSH hovering around? Mine was increasing over the years up to around 4.0. Tried low and moderate doses of both iodide and nascent iodine, both tank my thyroid function. Iodine restriction helped me and there are many trials about iodine restriction (<100mcg) helping thyroid...
