fluoride has to drop first. So fad/ b12 comes first for methionine (obviously god damnit) .

Why does fluoride have to drop first? Cuz with fluoride in place, copper can’t do its job as there is no copper transport in pineal gland with if fluoride is blocking . Copper activates b6 by converting SaH to homocysteine using zinc.

I’m so fucking accurate.

Calcium lithium iodine chromium vanadium seem to be biggest keys b12 utilization fact.

Starting to think no melatonin. As it pressures copper in methylation. Maybe like 1mg sometimes or even daily we will see.

I think the 5mg is destroying copper very much. Gbold “never take melatonin.”

I know man but it’s not my issue.

It’s either one way or the other. Fluoride toxicity causes the opposite. I need the opposite of what DCA does.

Starting to think adeno b12 is disastrously wrong for me. And I should be taking nothing but methyl and hydroxy.

When I really died a year ago on trt I was taking adeno . I think it just pushes Krebs cycle at succinyl CoA where I really don’t need it being pushed.

I’m looking for methionine to bind fluoride in tissues not speed up Krebs right now.

I have an oral b12 coming in mail tomorrow. Stopping the adeno my last dose was yesterday morning and it’s stilll hitting me today.

It’s clear I need VHL working as b12 turns on (hif1) so iodine low dose 50mcg and 11 keto dht (tyrosine for VHL ) did help a little today.

But really struggling.

I did scan again. A few things did change like better A E C metabolism which are needed . The E metabolism is something I really think is what happens with b12 (selenium utilization I’m thinking)that I’ve been missing for over a year as my E has been soaring in scans ever since I stopped the b12 11 months ago.

Fluoride dropped 1 freakin percent but it’s only been a few days here and again I think methyl is the form needed for methionine which is how we treat fluoride.

Selenium did drop a tiny bit too (which we want ) but zinc did a bunch and so did chromium, iodine sulfur which we don’t want.

Seeing better b6 worse b12 utilization in the scans.

I’m pissed at the world cuz I know if I was doing this stuff 1 year ago I’d have a much much better chance of getting better but true brain shrinking began this last year and I don’t know if it’s too late.

I have a brain mri on Monday. I have stopped melatonin.

I’m doing more frequent coffee enemas and they do seem helpful.

Fluoride also blocks pyruvate synthesis prior to PDH and lowers ATP production. I have seen some papers where exogenous pyruvate restored some of the bioenergetics to animals exposed to fluoride.
NAD+ precursors like nicotinic acid may help restore glucose to pyruvate conversion in my opinion.

My focus is really nad at its core. I realize by pushing Krebs from succinyl coa with adeno b12 I’m shortcutting and bypassing nad which is worst thing I could possibly do. Hence the crash after bunch of adeno b12 this week.

Moving to just methyl and hydroxy b12 with rest of my supplement plan.

I’m dumping copper which is a good sign but I might have to live with this torturous approach for awhile.

What happened the last two years…. After being clearly very and quickly fixable between 2019 and 2022…. Is truly horrible really. Dr Anthony Beck told me in August 2023 “there is a too late in this type of illness . It has to be caught.”

Everything I learned from Beck seems to be aligning. “Methionine is everything.” “Body made of hydogen oxygen nitrogen carbon.”

He knows what he’s talking about. And I just wish I worked with him in fall 2023 when I had the chance.

Instead I used a stupid indigo biofeedback device that ended up being pretty useless. Nothing like the oligoscan . Got all messed up by that holiday season and ended up in a psyche ward where they shrunk my hippocampus from 15% to 4% of average person.

Then I went on to avoid b12 for an entire year.

My family and friends don’t realize I really started dying in mid 2023 and I needed to catch this illness then. Not continue to get worse.

I really don’t want to give up but it just feels more impossible by the day. Yea I’m doing everything right I know I am. I feel metabolism turning on etc . I’m turning Krebs on, I’m Metabozling carbs better. Stools and sleep getting better.

But I’m telling you. As I dump copper, turn metabolism on — it just seems the damage has been done.

The hope is fluoride / boron are leaving me so imbalanced that until they really start dropping, iron and copper just aren’t going to stick . Where NO you’re not gonna feel better until the job is really done. Where the job of chelating fluoride is going to make me more anemic. The job of using my boron is going to make me more anemic too which is needed to chelate fluoride.

I am praying what I write above in the last paragraph is truly the case here.

God. I’ve had low methionine really since I fell apart to worst degree in spring / early summer 2023.

And the last day of decency I had was that April I took a lot of b12 for a few days then took some b2 and felt sooooo much better .

I then did ozone the next day and have been lost. FOR 2 years literally this month I’ve been fighting for my life in agony each and every single day.

Methionine went down for good then and there.

Early 2023 when I still felt and seemed very fixable… my methionine was normal even high end.

By mid 2023 when the pure death began, methionine dropped a lot. And it has NEVER recovered.

I am so angry and sad. I just don’t get it. I feel I blew it. How can you come back from two years this sick. I just don’t think you can.

The last time I had legit short term recovery was fall 2022.

Methionine went high end with tyrosine.

Menthionine = selenium utilization tyrosine= iodine utilization.

I’m not gonna recover now it’s way too late .
It’s not remotely possible. I just fucked up for way too long.

And when you realize how simple it was. How easy it could’ve been. A whole life was ahead of me. Now it’s over.

Methionine retains chromium. Hence the low chromium in all these men on the born free protocol oligoscans.

Hence why methyl b12 alllwed me to eat an icre cream last night with zero repercussions.

Complete neurological miserableness the last 24 hours.

Vitamin C + coffee enemas made me dump copper into a terrain that just cannot handle it.

Need E and A metabolism to handle copper dumping . E and A metabolism reliant on VHL which is methionine tyrosine at its core assuming some iodine lithium zinc calcium go in with methyl b12 and 11 keto dht .

I’m sure sea water and sodium sulfate fit in here. Doing foot baths with both still pretty regularly.

Very down. Can’t believe how simple this all was

Fmn is reliant on methionine. Flat out.

So b12 zinc choline come first clearly. If folate= calcium then that comes with them and clearly it does. Try and raise the ca/ mg ratio in body.

High mg/ ca then fmn falls. Fad without fmn = hellooooo oxidative stress.

Aka moly fuckin early 2020. It took me out badly I think it was huge huge mistake.

Methyl b12 making urine yellow like I took b2.

I’ve been saying methyl b12 = selenium utilization which = b2 to fmn.

still think I might be too late. Iodine tough on me last night just 50 mcg. It does feel like iodine is the key to copper for me but just gotta go low dose with it.

I’m making a bit of an adjustment. On top of what I’m doing…

Gonna basically run Freddd’s protocol. Leading with methyl b12 and carnitine fumarate.

I used carnitine last summer but I was off b12. In that time period on carnitine… my fluoride dropped a lot. My b6 was good. I stopped carnitine… fluoride went way back up quickly. B6 died. I could not handle the oxidative stress from iodine and the testo I was on.

I think b12 was the missing link for methionine. My triglycerides dropped a lot but I was doing some keto too.

Do you know why exactly freddd used fumarate instead of whatever other forms of carnitine?

He used several forms. I think mainly fumarate and alcar.

I notice fumarate is strongest right now. Might have to use alcar.

I’m really seeing something here where you gotta lead with b12 and carnitine in fluoride toxicity. And build minerals and other supps around them.

Yea…. If methionine + lysine = carnitine.

We give b12 and make methionine and that’s gonna use up lysine for carnitine.

Yes biotin makes lysine. Yes I will give a little in Yasko’s multivitamin I willl begin taking.

But I think I gotta feed both lysine and carnitine. It’s what makes sense.

I was doing nothing good in summer 2024 last year. The supp plan was so bad I was taking low dose test.

BUT I was taking carnitine. And both b6 was getting better, fluoride dropping.

Worst bloodwork I’ve ever gotten back. It’s that bad.

It’s just been over a really long time and I was never able to get control when I could be saved in 2022 or 2023.

There has to still be hope for you man.
Mind sharing the bloodwork here?
