FINASTERIDE SIGNIFICANTLY UPREGULATES ANDROGEN RECEPTOR in this study ( PROTOCOLS and discussions for PFS)

No I don't, sorry. But I definitely improved on aminos plus potassium. Improvement mainly occurred once I hopped off the protocol.

FINASTERIDE SIGNIFICANTLY UPREGULATES ANDROGEN RECEPTOR in this study ( PROTOCOLS and discussions for PFS)

I'm curious as to this to. Based on helen's previous advice, by loading potassium we increase nadph and increase the need for b2 and zinc. I'm wondering if there gets to a point where we supplement these. And if we do, do we supplement them with potassium or once we have quit the potassium. Or...

FINASTERIDE SIGNIFICANTLY UPREGULATES ANDROGEN RECEPTOR in this study ( PROTOCOLS and discussions for PFS)

Maybe you are pretty far along in your recovery? It seems positive that you can tolerate so much. I couldn’t even tolerate 100mg when I started.

Take with hydrolysed whey isolate protein shake to get all the aminos. Might only work in combination with that.

FINASTERIDE SIGNIFICANTLY UPREGULATES ANDROGEN RECEPTOR in this study ( PROTOCOLS and discussions for PFS)

I wouldn’t copy my method to be honest. I don’t think I did it safely. @Helen any advice on how we can do the potassium protocol safely?

How do we refeed safely in pfs? I know when i upped my potassium too much, things got a bit scary at the end. How is the best way to go about it?

So how do we go about feeding these things without causing refeeding syndrome?

    I think aminos plus potassium @Helen ?

An old recovery story. Do we have histamine problems

@Helen a recovery (I think based on what he said) with histidine. Key component of scenes.

FINASTERIDE SIGNIFICANTLY UPREGULATES ANDROGEN RECEPTOR in this study ( PROTOCOLS and discussions for PFS)

Yeah you are definitely onto something here. When we upregulate nadph by loading potassium, should this upregulation stick? Or do we need to feed zinc and b2 quickly or else nadph will go down again?

FINASTERIDE SIGNIFICANTLY UPREGULATES ANDROGEN RECEPTOR in this study ( PROTOCOLS and discussions for PFS)

I can confirm this is similar to my experience. I felt bad taking high doses of potassium and then felt bad for a couple / few weeks post. I still don’t feel like I’ve stabilised at 4 weeks off. I also felt like my own potassium levels decreased even though I was taking relatively high doses...

FINASTERIDE SIGNIFICANTLY UPREGULATES ANDROGEN RECEPTOR in this study ( PROTOCOLS and discussions for PFS)

So to get our own copper levels up, we need to increase potassium. Once we have increased potassium, is it a 3 to 4 month wait for the copper levels to go up? Or should it be a bit sooner? As I am improving as time goes by from electrolytes protocol. Wondering if something is increasing each...

FINASTERIDE SIGNIFICANTLY UPREGULATES ANDROGEN RECEPTOR in this study ( PROTOCOLS and discussions for PFS)

Does it take long for our available copper to go up once we have increased our potassium levels for pfs?

Right so did you think the potassium helped a lot with pfs when you had it?
