I would love to hear more about the Okinawa diet. Why do you follow this one in particular? It looks like one that might suit me well. Keto just makes me too weak. I also don’t think I do well with high fats. Tei recommends lowering my fat and proteins. and dairy for some reason.

Actually they have me recommendations for supplements. You still think I need the consult? I’m more apprehensive to take the adrenal supps because it includes pregnenoline which causes me to have horrendous fatigue.

I am not. I use bronner’s peppermint and in the list of causes peppermint was one that could effect lithium levels. Maybe it’s that?
