I’m taking 3/4 grain of NatureThroid every morning. NatureThroid has both T3 and T4 in it. 3/4 grain is a pretty small dosage and I believe it has about 7mcg of T3. I will get labs retested sometime in the next two weeks to see if I need to increase my dose. I have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis...

@joekool are you crediting the T3 for resolving the turtling effect? I’ve been on T3 for a while now and it has not had any impact on turtling.

@Canari I am gluten intolerant, but not celiac. I am lactose intolerant as well. I do not appear to have any issues with casein (I can eat a lot of Lactaid brand ice cream with no issues at all). I have yet to get my hair tested. Hoping to get that accomplished soon.

Thanks guys. I will stop the resveratrol and continue with Thyroid meds and see how that goes. By the way I started taking resveratrol because I have really high estrogen per my labs (everything else was in range).

Wow I lost a lot more hair over night. At this rate I will be bald within a couple weeks. The amount of hair I have lost in the past week is crazy. Anyone have any thoughts on why Thyroid meds or resveratrol would induce extreme shedding? And how to stop it? @gbolduev @mattyb Others...anyone?
