My hair analysis results. am I fast or slow?

You're not wrong, TEI makes sense to me. But have you ever had kidney stones? lol this is not something that I want to exacerbate by taking sups. Maybe if I find a way to overcome this, I might go back on TEI

My hair analysis results. am I fast or slow?

I'm stopping TEI after two weeks. I'm getting very nauseous and tired from all copper. Plus all that calcium and vitamin D are giving me worse kidney stones. I just don't think that's the way to go for me. My next step is to do very slow and gentle heavy metal detox, and also lower my exposure...

lol I guess you're right. I do feel more assertive, but without being an A-hole lol. Must be all the catecholamines coming back, maybe with the copper. But man that hard flaccid can really mess with your head :( I'm mean it's always bad but now it's worse.

My hair analysis results. am I fast or slow?

@bruschi11 I just looked at your OAT. Your Oxalic acid is off the charts high! Higher than mine! Not everyone gets kidney stones from high oxalates and you obviously don't have them. But still I'm learning about oxalates and how they can cause gut issues on their own.

My hair analysis results. am I fast or slow?

Yeah most likely it's not Lyme. My oxalic acid is high which didn't surprise me because I suffer from kidney stones. The other oxalate markers on this test rule out genetic causes. Candida markers are high. Even though the GI map was negative for that. But positive for EBV. One of the...

My hair analysis results. am I fast or slow?

Thanks buddy, let me educate myself about this test, then I'll decide. But what about the GI map test that I've done (previous page), does that not tell you anything about Lyme possiblity? Also, I have tested Manganese in Whole blood last year. Its on page 1 post 7. That level was fine.

    Things to help TEI fatigue

Yes that's true in my experience as well. I sweat a lot from eating spicy or citrusy foods. After cold showers that effect is reduced during the following day.
