I was taking NO-protocol (alongside the things listed above) posted here a few years back to have decent sex. It worked like a charm and makes me able to cope with this disease a bit better. However, I haven’t had sex lately without taking in the NO supplements and the quality of sex is just as...
All these hormonal and usually juiced up ‘experts’ claiming to have a cure, yet you need to pay a lot and won’t receive proper guidance if it fails.
Follow Dr Powers. He’s just had a congress with all kinds of real experts and doctors in this field. They are on this. They’re now focused on a...
Check doctor Will Powers at Reddit. He’s pretty much solved pfs, but has yet to find a cure. He does advices Calcium-D-Glucarate as a possible helper. But keep lurking Reddit and stay up to date.
Currently on somewhat of an electrolyte protocol for 3 months now. I take:
- oyster supplement
- vit b complex (non methylated - will try methylated soon)
- b2 and niacinamide
- magnesium
- oxbile
Shake spread out over the day with:
- whey
- EAA
- vit C
- Collagen (Glycine)
- Taurine
-...
Yeah same. I have high B1 in blood without supplementing it. Something is off, bit I don’t know what to take. He mentions what to take with low B1c though (For some it could be just B1 deficiency, then you take B1 and then you take all the minerals that B1 made you lose, like zinc biotin , b6 ...
I’m not sure. The p5p gave me symptoms as well, so even active b’s are a no go.
I have sulforaphane and calcium-d glucarate on hand here, as advertised by doctor Powers. Will likely go that route now.
Trying to follow the electrolyte protocol as I think that’s the bare minimum I should follow, however, what HG7 has thought me is that my body isn’t transporting/using b vitamins well. They all build up when supplementing, as proven by blood test and symptoms.
I am trying to get to the core of...
@bruschi11 Searching through some old posts; saw you used CDG. Did you crash on Calcium D-glucarate? There’s some noise on Reddit that it could be a helpful for PFS.
How’s your HG7 trial going?
Also, I remember you were very positive about TEI, saying it will likely cure you in an earlier thread with a poll. Why did you stop and look elsewhere?
For cases with AR upregulated (low hormones) - The high potassium load up to increase NADPH, follow up with amino’s and B’s mentioned in this thread, should be looked into much more.
I did years of nutritional balancing and living a healthy, stress free life. That isn’t going to cure me.
I just realised after 23 years of PFS that all my problems are low E2 related. I tried every hormonal route, except that one. Not to mention the only thing that did anything for me was...
HG7 is giving me weird symptoms. My left eyelid is constantly twitching. I suspect it’s due to a deficiency in electrolytes, but adding those haven’t helped much.
Either way, I am also looking elsewhere in the meantime. Found this protocol on X...
I spent all my recourses in tests and supplements. Nothing left to spare. Oligoscan could definitely be something for the near future, though.
I desperately want the b6 in Hg7 to work. It needs co factors magnesium and b2, so I’ll focus on that. Would it help to supplement selenium, inositol...
