Just put on glasses with orange glass.. They will block all blue light that can disturb circadian rhythm. Good idea is also download f.lux on your pc/phone. It will automatically manipulate blue light depending on sun position in your location.. So you don't need to think about it. I found that I can't handle artificial light even in day time.. I realized this very young in the school. It makes me depressed and exhausted. literally.. I need natural light. The worst thing for me was night shifts in warehouse/factory full of very strong blue lights. My health deteriorated so fast it is not even funny.. That's why I will NEVER EVER work again night shifts in fucking buildings full of blue light. I am ok with less money, but day time job preferably outside..

Agree. I investigated. Put red bulbs in the house. I go to bed at sunset now and get up when I wake up and do computer stuff at this early hours! No blue in the evening is not enough. You need blue not through glass in the morning too!

Maybe... I have a weak bulb of normal shop type and then a philips infra red lamp plus the one from Red light man!
