I used 4-5g daily for 2 weeks.

Keep in mind its a potent calcium chelator as well as other metals/ minerals.
Apparently it clears out even bacteria so you would need some pro/prebiotic.

But I did not notice anything special from it tbh.

It beat me up pretty badly. Its something where you get worse before you get better. I used for 4 nights in a row and had to stop that and microsilica. I feel like the sodium theosulphate potently killed many pathogens for me.

When I kill pathogens, I get tinnitus, brain fog and my piss turns a cloudy color of green.

Mostly Calcium, but yes.
Apparently it bashes on the gut flora as well, and its suggested to use something to help that afterwards.
And youre right, its pretty cheap. But Im not sure if its better than any other sulfur source.
