This is really the only case of regrowth I've seen that wasn't from fin/dut/transplant, it's google translated from Russian so I don't know how accurate it is, but from what I can read his method is basically brushing your scalp 10 minutes everyday day and using a needle roller that's called Lyapko(can be found here:https://www.ebay.com/bhp/lyapko)10 minutes 3 times a week, I assume it works similarly to dermaroller but perhaps here is something else to it.

What do you guys think, would it be a waste of time attempting topical methods if internally your body is still unbalanced and calcified?

I've used dernaroler. Never made such big diferneve for me, in fact it ripped my hair sometimes when it was too big... I don't know what's the difference

Salt scrub sounds a lot less painful but I wonder if salt is strong enough to dissolve the calcium deposits on the scalp? I think something more aggressive may be necessary to see actual regrowth.

The needles on this roller are 3.5mm compared to the 1.5mm dermaroller that most people used, maybe that made the difference.

Did you have similar hair line? Receding temples or diffuse thinning?

I lose half of my hair all over during chelation.

recently I was chelating and lost tons of hair on it., then I went on fin, and lost even more hair. LOST tons of freaking hair.

I go almost bald after chelation. But this time fin did something and this thing is not even growing LOl

I am so stupid with these constant experiments, but now i have to get out of PFS and then do hair for 3-4 months LOL

During chelation it recedes like horse shoe pattern,by the way. it gets thin all over , and falls out.

Salt scrubs less painfull? it is to the blood , man. you use salt granules. big ones. and scrub your scalp with it , you damage it.

Im using tetrasodium edta tolically with polysorbate, no regrowth yet but the hairs are getting a lot thicker.
Does anyone believe in the skull expansion theory? I know personally my skull has increased by A LOT!

I always had big ass head. I measured it once with friend. We both had above size head. But I am tall guy so it looks normal on me. Everything is bigger. Including dick.

Head is still same size.

Yeah being tall with a big head looks great, but not really if you are kinda short lol

Im talking more about the temporal ridges. For me it was weird. First the ridges appeared out of nowhere, then hair started miniaturizing around those areas and after that expanding in all directions.

Also, dont want to jinx it but polysorbate and edta might have regrown some hair on me. Mostly on top of the hairline, but nothing really on temporal triangles.

If I scrub the scalp I think I'll do even worst... My shedding is horrible. Maybe some dermaroler with minoxidil can help...

Some guys also recommened massaging scalp for blood flow.
I respect a lot of you guys but in terms.of hair treatment I've experiment everything and have knowledge in this area. Blood flow per she doesn't help. Need some vasodilator or anti dht gel/ topic. Best study was with minox and dermaroler. Problem with dermaroler is you cnat use it more then 1* time week if needles are 1 mm.
I wanted to start nitric oxid protocol so it can also help me to restore my NO and maybe drop minox. Other good thing is cidre vinager times to times and bicarbonate sodium but I'm not sore of dosage and its mixed with water. I need to check again but one of them opens the cuitcles in your hair and the other closes it. Its a good and natural combo to wash hair. Because problem with most shampoos is sodium laureth sulfate is very aggressive. Good shampoo is nizoral ( cetoconazol) but only 2 times a week co it can desrefulate your sebum cells

I never use shampoo except nizoral once or twice. Sometimes nothing. I never have dirty hair. It does not smell. Only when I use mainstream shampoo I get shitty hair oily and just a mess.
