I never use shampoo except nizoral once or twice. Sometimes nothing. I never have dirty hair. It does not smell. Only when I use mainstream shampoo I get shitty hair oily and just a mess.
Its the best shampoo you can use. Expensive but good. Yes problem is dandruff for me also not smelly or dirty. But try bicarbonate and vinager ( and yes you won't smell) then put some was or gel and will be good smell bro

Nothing of what you are doing will help your hair. you are wasting your time.
Are you sure? Coz I had some regrowth like this...
Finasteride was the best but unfortunately it ended as you know. Bit why you say that? Creating bruises will bring more blood and renew tissues. So what's the best thing to do with hair in your opinion?

Did you read what I wrote about you in the hopeforrecovery thread?

Seriously tho, the metal wire brush that youd use on a grill works great. You gently press it into your scalp and rub. Salt scrubs after. Works if your hair is longer than other methods too. Its like derma rolling but much more surface area being covered at once.

Try mixing salt with water and put that on scalp and let it dry and sit on it all day.

Minoxidil can lower your own nitric oxide production so would not use it. It also has anti-androgen action.

If youre prone to the side effects It can age your face and breaks down collagen - more pharma poison..

never knew why I was wrinkling in my 30s and had dark circles and bags under my eyes.. it cleared up after I stopped

This is really the only case of regrowth I've seen that wasn't from fin/dut/transplant, it's google translated from Russian so I don't know how accurate it is, but from what I can read his method is basically brushing your scalp 10 minutes everyday day and using a needle roller that's called Lyapko(can be found here:https://www.ebay.com/bhp/lyapko)10 minutes 3 times a week, I assume it works similarly to dermaroller but perhaps here is something else to it.

What do you guys think, would it be a waste of time attempting topical methods if internally your body is still unbalanced and calcified?

Yea, I have one, haven't used it in a while, my hair grew back with pfs..

That roller definetely stimulates the scalp,. It's pretty tingly
if u use a brush, use a boars head bristle brush.. for at least 10 minutes a day.. that definitely helps too

Tried roller and derminator in past - was not much helpful for scalp/ hair growth
I noticed some thickening of existing hair while using a dermastamp but I couldn't grow a single hair on my temples so I gave up on it, this looks more promising and it's not as painful as the dermaroller/stamp.

What was your regimen during the pfs recovery?

I still have pfs.. sorry not following your question
.I haven't really needed to do anything for my hair because when I crashed my receding hairline stopped and even started filling in a little on its own..

Before pfs, I would dermaroll, brush with boars bristle, polysorbate 80 topically, maxi hair by country life , supplement,

Interesting, so nowadays you don't take anything and still have zero hair loss?

Polysorbate helped you? What is the purpose? I dont havê any minox side effects that's why I'm still on it. Maybe this roller and MINIX could help ( although now I'm all fucked up and full of dandruff ) still I don't want to stop and not have any treatment.
