PFS for +4 years, cashed on the first week of taking fin.
sexual and mental sides, also some changes in my face like under-eye hollowing and no more aggressive hairloss.
mental sides got worse the last two years.

Just got the results of my first TEI sample:

metabolic type: SLOW 4

Just follow the recommendations like you are planning on doing. Be prepared for detox reactions and fatigue. These are normal reactions. You may feel better in some ways but a lot of the benefits come off cycle.

It took me a while to get use to the diet. Basically only eat lean meats like chicken breast, lean beef roast, and pork tenderloin. Bake, grill, or steam your food. Eat lots of cooked vegetables with your protien. Use vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, corn, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, leeks, mushrooms, beans, radishes, ect... On a slow diet they recommend staying away from dark leafy greens like kale, spinach, and cabbage.

For grains I use either rice, oats, or sprouted wheat for baking.

Drink water, unsweet tea, and carbonated water. Any herbal tea with cinnamon is pretty good.

For snacks you can have some lean jerky, or a little fruit.

Does anyone knows what the number means in the TRENDS part of the TEI report?

The following trends may or may not be manifesting in the patient at this time. Each trend that is listed is a result of research including statistical and clinical observations. This trend analysis is advanced merely for the consideration of the health professional, and should not be considered an assessment of a medical condition.

Think about it lol. 1 = no depresssion, 8 = worst depression. 8 says you are likely to have severe depression.

yes, I think you're right. but they don't even say 1 to 8 scale or any clarification.
I do a lot of statistical analysis at work, I guess my inner-math-weirdo wanted more details :D

btw the asthma, dermatitis and depression thing are spot on.

I've been on my first cycle for two months, the first two weeks I got really tired, now my energy is back to "normal" pfs levels.

My apathy lifted a little, this is pretty subjetive but I feel more mental resources to deal with my depression and that's great.

Also, I need a open rhinoplasty to breath correctly.
That requires general anesthesia and a round of antibiotics.

what do you guys think about that?
I want to do it but I'm not sure Is a good idea.

(sorry for the triple post)

finished first cycle two days ago, TEI is mentally intense.
my sodium/potassium ratio was 0,9 wich is low and a "Trauma Threshold" according to the wacky dr wilson website.
I cry a lot, I never did. it's like I'm coming back online but still have to realized how fucked up am I.
more awareness is always better, but realizing how fucked up my behavior has been since that pill years ago has been intense.

I think it's not too late to get better and do something interesting with my life.
Sending hair tomorrow, I hope I can get everything fast to continue with the next cycle.

Same here dude had some rough things to accept about myself or straight up re-experience the feeling.. It opens your eyes. Which is good. Got to get through that. You will probably have more of those moments.

For me it was mostly the abuse I did on my body, my anger towards other people and how zombified I have been since YEARS. Even a period before PFS I was a bit of a zombie (taking ritalin, other BS).

So slowly getting out of that will make you realise a lot of stuff. You will also see some messed up dynamics between you and people. It is true you surround yourself with bad type of people when you are sick. You simply do not have the energy to see wtf you are doing.

In a sense it is a small ego death.

BTW I hate on Dr. Wilson (for fun) but his website is good when you are on a NB program. It helps to understand it. Just ignore the wacky stuff.

Anyways good luck on your next cycle.

I haven't been angry in years.

But now I'm angry at my parents for having me at +40 by IVF and always let me with someone else while they worked. Always fucking working.
Now their are old dying parents, mom had cancer last year and it's hard for her to walk. I love my parents so much, but fuckk-

my dad is a high iq retarded zombie because of antidepressants, he had panic attacks since I was 4, when we where in a car accident and some 20yo kids from the other car died (they crashed us and a wall) and he never was the same.

I'm remembering stuff and getting angry for the first time in years. I have been crying a lot the last two months, also for the first time in a long time. Otherwise I'm like a zombie.

I think it has something to so with this:

I feel like coming back online.

I didn't expected this type of mental change from TEI, it's so weird to feel a strong delta on self awareness in a short time.
