Allergies, dermarollers, and viruses

Throughout my struggle with hairloss, fin use, and PFS, my allergies have seemed to vary depending on my condition.

Seasonal allergies started for me in my late teens around the same time that my hair loss took off. Interestingly after beginning fin, and stopping my hairloss (while otherwise generally feeling great) they seemed to pick up further.

These days in the PFS world, I seem to continue to have histamine like symptoms, with a couple of weeks of the year where I have a strong onset of allergies, followed by a viral throat infection. Even when not experiencing allergies, running a dermaroller over my head instantly produces sneezing.

Not sure all of this is likely to be connected, but I did note mention of being prone to viral infections in PFS, which seems to be at peak when I am having allergies.

Would love any input here, as all I have been able to do is take claritin and ride out the agony.

magnesium lactate (or chloride)+ calcium (greek yougurt/milk). in my knowledge high histamine=too much fungus, deficit of bacteria. As we know all milk products have bacteria. Magnesium allows them work. Even when you add baking soda to natural yougurt you will have sodium latate, it's also worth try.
in general, my opinion is, that you have too increase quality and amount of bacteria in your body. Remember there is war all time, fungus vs bacterias.
