I don't know why Walker started talking about hydrogen under my post. Freeflow is practitioner and says that fasting is good for slow or fast oxidizer. I was asking him how can be fasting good for depleted fast oxidizer. Person like this must crash pretty badly on fasting..

I was talking about people posting regarding information that wasn't 100% backed by study or first hand knowledge. I was agreeing with you, try not being so defensive 24/7. Think outside of the box - I was using H water as an example of another time this type of posting occurred.

Its not speeding up metabolism like that ...
Maybe think of it as its removing what holds you back.

Ahh. This makes more sense, thank you!

I did not mean totally burnt out with 4 low cases, same for severely malnourished people, they can die.
For me, fasting was the thing which put me the closest to my old personality.

I think water is good for fast oxidizers too, since fast oxidizers create a lot of oxidation and hydrogen is an antioxidant. It may very well be worse for slow oxidizers until they become good oxidizers. And hydrogen should speed up the increase in metabolism by getting rid of inflammation and heavy metals.

But I think as we saw from this forum,, slower oxidizers do worse on it from the start and we yet to see hydrogen water alone increase oxidation on its own. I hope it works.

If it will work then hydrogen water will be universal. IMO

I read it but i kinda only halfway get it. I got to read it again :)
And the hydrogen water is just moping up the excess oxidation in fast oxidizers or its suppressing it ? I wonder what will happen if its either and you quit it, there wont be any rebound with even greater oxidation reactions in the body.

hydrogen gas does not suppress oxidation. It only reacts with hydroxyl radicals. This allows you to burn 100% of your oxygen without the leakage.

This is the same as directing hydrogen into your regular gas car. Without hydrogen in the engine, you will have 30% burn rate and you will lose 70 of gas , with hydrogen , your car will burn 100% gas and the efficiency will be very high and hydrogen cleans out your engine like crazy.
