Are you a female? What have you tried before? You said your got younger drinking your own nectar that means urine?
Urea has an effect on water retention.
High water retention, "Peat diet" and how you described things suggest low/slow metabolism, high copper, low cortisol (cortisol is involved in breaking down protein to amino acids).
Here's some things you might want to try out and see how you feel over multiple days: electrolytes protocol (+ urea if you want to try,), maybe slight emphasis on B2 over b1(might have low b1 as well from sugar), Saunas (this should/might feel bad and increase the immediate water retention/estrogen but I *think* it's copper entering blood from organs, I think Wilson suggests Sauna therapies for copper) and some intensive exercise that puts pressure on cortisol, like sprinting 100% multiple times while taking a walk. Good luck balancing.
EDIT: Careful consuming herbs from China. I've lived in China, let me tell ya 100% sure full of toxic metals. The French wineries spent like 50 million euros trying to find suitable air, water, and climate to grow grapes to produce good wine in China and failed. It's like post-apocalyptic world compared to your average euro or u.s city. And I'm sure they don't sell their best stuff to outside because it fetches high enough price inside.
If you enjoy these kinds of things I think you might enjoy a good reflexology / foot massage. Visit your local Chinatown / chinese shop for a massage and trying it out. Complain about fluid retention haha you never know they can be good and can improve the whole circulation.
