Everyone should be taking a good Red Korean Panax Ginseng. It protects against Radiation, EMP (to a degree), against a whole array of harmful drug induced side-effects...not to go off into a 'detoxification' point - as some do. But it is one herb I always keep around in BULK amounts. Along with Mucuna, Forskolin etc

I noticed that coffee made my eyelid swollen and my face looking tired and dragged, so I quit coffee. My face looked young and normal again while drinking my own nectar, but I'm starting to think it's because I was avoiding meat. It seems that anything acidic causes the same effect, coffee, sugar, meat, milk etc. I had three lows on the hairtest and calcium was just on the border. I must have lactic acidosis, caused by overeating sugar and caffeine while "peating". What the hell do I do? Try an alkalinizing diet while doing another round of TEI?

Are you a female? What have you tried before? You said your got younger drinking your own nectar that means urine?

Urea has an effect on water retention.

High water retention, "Peat diet" and how you described things suggest low/slow metabolism, high copper, low cortisol (cortisol is involved in breaking down protein to amino acids).

Here's some things you might want to try out and see how you feel over multiple days: electrolytes protocol (+ urea if you want to try,), maybe slight emphasis on B2 over b1(might have low b1 as well from sugar), Saunas (this should/might feel bad and increase the immediate water retention/estrogen but I *think* it's copper entering blood from organs, I think Wilson suggests Sauna therapies for copper) and some intensive exercise that puts pressure on cortisol, like sprinting 100% multiple times while taking a walk. Good luck balancing.

EDIT: Careful consuming herbs from China. I've lived in China, let me tell ya 100% sure full of toxic metals. The French wineries spent like 50 million euros trying to find suitable air, water, and climate to grow grapes to produce good wine in China and failed. It's like post-apocalyptic world compared to your average euro or u.s city. And I'm sure they don't sell their best stuff to outside because it fetches high enough price inside.

If you enjoy these kinds of things I think you might enjoy a good reflexology / foot massage. Visit your local Chinatown / chinese shop for a massage and trying it out. Complain about fluid retention haha you never know they can be good and can improve the whole circulation.

No he is not...

Are you French Mahounie?

Lol! I'm pretty sure I discovered what's been ailing me. I took a lot of aspirin after peat recommended it and it made me literally shit blood. Recently I got the same reaction after eating homemade pizza for several days. A bit of googling revealed that tomato and vinegar in the sauce is full of salicylate.

Further experimentation tells me I have a polyphenol intolerance. I have a polymorfism on cyp1a which metabolizes caffeine and phenols. I think I clogged this pathway with too much caffeine while peating, that's when the swollen eyelid appeared, though I had been feeling bad for some time.

No wonder I could barely function after eating for the last several years. I'm happy I finally know what it is but don't know what to do. I'm ready to try homeopathy.
