Yeah I must say if I woke up exactly pre-fin I'd be crying tears of joy every day. TEI can definitely wait until the foundations of my quality of life return.

Just as aside though, holy crap. When Helen says he's always pondering things he really really is. Thanks Helen.

Happy to guinea-pig this when we get things outlined, but I'm doing tomato juice for the next fortnight, getting bloods in for and doing high-dose RU after that, so could be late June before I'm free. Also honestly mentally something I'm doing here is REALLY working.

@RebelWithACause if we do get there, ship to UK potentially? I'll buy you a beer for your efforts. I have 4 bottles of R-Andro.

Yes I will send it to the UK. Let me know and I will buy it.

I want to emphasize that may be there is the second variant present also, since I read many studies also besides the one I posted in the second post. which claim that A1A gets upregulated in androgen deprivation.

SO we need to be careful here, and see what works

Everyone’s different. Some have barely any mental symptoms and feel great everyday but just impotent. Some with fine dick horrible mental.

I think the bad mental issues, fatigue like me and you- there’s a lot more wrong with these people than just pfs. Most people try to just fix pfs and it’s just not do-able.

I wish I could sit down every pfs guy in a damn room and whip them into having my beliefs lol. Like, go ahead Helen, keep on finding us nice ways to go at pfs directly with your latest research.

But in the meantime, if you aren’t waking up feeling well each morning and you’re dealing with anxiety, chemical depression, fatigue, bad brain fog... get on the health train that Helen built for us. And guys like myself and @Orion are embracing to fullest.

Fasting, liver flushing, nutritional balancing, coffee enemas, go after pathogens/ fungus, probiotic enemas, electrolytes, wobenzyme, and so on. Just learn from how gbold healed himself.

I love reading old “gbolduev” posts that go way back to just when he cured himself. There isn’t much out there.. but I’ll try to link a couple below.

Also just to throw things in. Lets say if the cell collected too much copper, it would be constant activation of dopamine into noradrenaline. Since copper runs the enzyme which converts dopamine into noradrenaline.

Noradrenaline will activate A1A receptor. Which would effect androgen action.

SO this is another possibility.

So we have 3 variants here. with A1A, I added them into the original post.

And will try to come up with ideas for all 3 imbalances

Accutane does the same thing, dry painful orgasms. Wonder if high dose active vitamin A (accutane), and rapaflo both effect a1a antagonism in the same pathways.

Noradrenaline by activating A1A receptor causes ejaculation.

this is why people who take noradrenaline uptake inhibitors can have ejaculation just from any stress LOL

like going to the toilet. Since it causes immediate release of noradrenaline. I had that happen to someone I know

Haha I read some guy got that from taking ritalin IIRC. Makes sense since that also affects noradrenaline

Anyone with premature ejaculation probably falls into this PFS type: High Noradrenaline, High Prolactin, High Calcium

Comparison of Alpha Blockers in Treatment of Premature Ejaculation: A Pilot Clinical Trial

I have PE, I can confirm that Prolactin is high when I measured it once.
Calcium is on the higher side but not high in blood. But I have Kidney stones and calcium deposits all over my body, so I do have a calcium problem.
Noradrenaline and Dopamine were actually low when I measured it in urine. But I don't know if that is the right test, because I do act like I have high Noradrenaline lol

I think PE might be dopamine or dopamine receptor issue.

I agree, maybe there is too much focus on PFS here? I felt horrible before and after Fin, nothing changed really. Foggy brain, Poor erections, PE its all the same before and after.
I feel like the biggest issue is that our detox pathways are closed and working improving the liver, and GI is a solid approach (which is what Helen preached from the start)
All these "herx" reactions we get from trying different things, to me that is a sign that we are not ready to detox something is blocked. I like listening to Dr. Chris Shade these days, he has very informative lectures on this subject

something similar happened to me a few times, but not on the toilet lol

This is what I am talking about. This is why it is getting confusing. People think pre PFS or pre SSRI they were ok. Most of them had major problems even then , major

In you case. It could be that you can't even make those neurotransmitters at all. thus everything could be low, dopamine, noradrenaline, etc.

and now after every stress situation, your dopamine just drops further.

This is why body is taking in calcium more and more, to stop stress. to spare neurotransmitters to numb you down.

May be research Yasko and her protocols for methylation and mutations.

FYI, I bought Silodosin from this site two years. I read that it helps with PE so I wanted to try it.
It gave me like 5 extra minutes and the ejaculation was COMPLETELY dry (I only took like 1/4 of the capsule lol) but that came back the next day.

I didn't think it was worth it for PE, since the following days I had worse PE. its like something got down/up regulated in the Androgen receptors

I think its a safe drug to experiment with it.

Silofast 4 (Silodosin) 4mg 15 Capsules/Pack (Silodosin)

if you are not making adrenaline and noradrenaline, then your Beta -2 receptors are not activated, this causes histamine release from the mast cells.

if you are not methylating you could be down on everything serotonin, dopamine , noradrenaline, adrenaline.

For me I know I have a big problem digesting fats or anything fat soluble. If I eat fats, I get so bloated, angry, and foggy, and my skin begins to itch because of the backed up bile going to my skin. my head become oily. But then if you look at my labs my cholesterol is low. I tried two liver flushes which resulted in nothing but agony and regret LOL. It wasn't painful or anything but I just felt dead overall.

If I take K2 to deal with the calcium, I get the same symptoms (I think you Helen mentioned before that K2 could mess with some people's bile flow)

I can't touch TEI because of all that calcium and Vitmain D

Right now I am experimenting with herbs like Chanca Piedra (Spanish for Stone Breaker) which is supposed to help with kidney and bile stones. I can confirm that it is breaking kidney stones big time, but I don't think it will do anything on its own for bile stones. Andrea Moritz recommends this. Maybe I should try them with the flush.

But first I would like to try digestive bitters which I should be receiving in the next few days. i am basically trying so hard to induce diarrhea LOL. I always feel better after diarrhea

Yup. These herx reactions are tough to deal with now and I’m still going through them. To a much lesser degree, but these last two months have been a lot of work and I feel like I’m only 30-40% there in terms of getting rid of the bad and clearing up these detox pathways.

For instance, probiotic enema last night made me herx a bit. But I could sleep, woke up in minor herx. A few weeks ago, I did one and I was up all night heavy herx. But last year when I got better I would do probiotic enemas at night and be perfectly fine barely even feel it.

It all depends on a collection of things as to why we herx. Nutritional balance of the body, toxic and pathogen load, liver/gut health and gut bacteria.

There are so many things at play. I just say let’s go at it all. Try to idealize the whole system.

Liver flushes are what I’m gonna be doing a lot of coming up. I really had a good one a couple weeks ago. Got hugeeee stones like 100. And then my stool turned much darker and has since. More regular, feel like I unclogged something.

I did a cool variation of the flush that was basically a mix of Hulda Clark and this cfs recovery dude Abdulrahman I’ve spoken of. He has you eat 3 apples an hour after the salts that night. Lol it’s a nice thing eating those apples after not eating since lunch.
