Anything that’s effective for reducing anger?

Honestly man I have been having mad anger issues (pun intended) I think it's just due to lack of conversion of or insensativity to dht. I never used to be like this :/
When emotions are frozen - and they need to be, for our own sake and survival - then any effective program will make them come out. This is why you were not like this before!

Good news, when you start to thaw, it means you are on the good track, but you have to get rid of the charge as if putting yourself on earth rod, and nobody taught us how to do this!

If you re-freeze the energy, you will think that the problem is solved, but actually it taxes the energy expanditure of the body. The real problem is to monitor to not unfreeze too quick. This is why they tell you on NB after htma, to slow down the supps program if you feel that the process is too strong.

unfortunately this will not work, I have extreme anger that is likely due to some sort of mental issue

I'm going to start meditating soon, hopefully that will help to some degree.

Thanks, I've heard things about norepinephrine before.

You were told it is mental, but mental means from the central nervous system, when the truth is that it comes from the autonomous/peripheric nervous system!
About being from the endocrine system, well, it is directed by the same ANS too!

Please be careful, meditation will relax you and this can lead your body to thaw even more sympathetic energy! If you have difficulties to meditate and be in your body sensations for real, then please do not force it. Your body knows with its inner wise what can be the result. All that is about this ANS system is about not forcing it with the will-power! I have professional training in this!

Extreme anger is like what experience veterans, because of all the fight responses they got triggered into, and they most of the time could not express them fully. Anger is about unfinished and trapped fight responses, like memories in the body. They are kept silent, so we do not notice. When we get better, they can come out. But usually comes too much at a time, because all this wants to come out of the body! This is electric in principle. We are shamed for having stress responses "for so little" because it is not known that event small events can have big consequences.

If you have that much anger, it means that you have some unfinished defense responses from your past. If you do not have ACE, then look into dismissed events like early surgeries and falls, or prebirth mother's accidents even... When a child has to fight helplessly with a medical troop, it leaves scars on the nervous system, this is a real physical wound! It is dismissed by medical science still... And as we have to go on living, we cope with it, but then it can burst out.

My own metabolism and ANS was wrecked by chemicals during my moms pregnancy. I was never told about the nervous consequences by doctors, but in my somatic training yes....

I got a very practical hint as the guys before killed it with immense know-how power. Go for Bob Ross on ytube. Incredibly relaxing
Sometimes that sort of thing can also cause anger and anxiety if you're hyper active like me.

I am hyper active as well. But if you like a person, and Bob is great cause there is no error for him, I like that attitude much.
I wonder if the veterans is given fin due to unsolved anger. Anyway, this world is totally sick and hopefully an asteroid blows us away in the next hundred years. Or next week. What the hell are we doing or let's say some ppl above us? If we really face a god when dying don't know how some ppl will excuse their behaviour, my mother included. She fears god by telling he would not exist. I hope my mother will suffer for a long time. She deserves it a lot this fucking bastard asshole narzisstic whore puta. Maybe they believe in something else. Okay.

I can hear @pedal and agree with what he says, it can happen like this.

But you are fucking right that it is good to swear and direct anger to throwing away whatever hurt, as far as possible at the end of the universe! Though not doing it to not become as bad as the person....
And you are also right imo that you need to like the person so that you can connect and get a good result and fight anxiety etc! Music with a heart felt connexion saves us, but the same music without the connexion can sink us.

Have you done a hair test? I imagine anger could be associated with fast oxidation. When i take ginseng or licorice root i get insane anger and it raises sodium
I'm not a fast oxidizer, I assure you.

I'm pretty sure it's high estrogen or something.

Interesting. I can get easily angered and I am a fast-mixed oxidizer with high sodium.

I struggled with anger for years, solved it by avoiding free glutamate and citric acid. I always read labels on processed food now to make sure it doesn't contain these. Glutamate is in most crisps and a lot of salty processed food, also it gets released if you cook meat with bones for more than two hours or so. You really should read up on this if you suspect it's glutamate, its disguised under many names. Since I avoid it at all cost a few times a year I can eat a little bit of glutamate laden crisps and then avoid again and be fine. Other times I underestimate the amount of crisps, eat too much, or a sufficiently small amount two days in a row, and get the old murderous rage back. Before I solved this I would sometimes have guys trying to start fights with me in the street and stuff because I looked so negative.

CAN relate to last sentence. I need citric acid for a different reason tho. BUT: I try and keep it just proper, actual lemons/limes.
I think I only got into fights up until 26, and later calmed the fuck down. STILL at times now... but it was more than rare before.

BUT* those people are still stupid. ... but dying or getting into fights/ arrested will fuck up a lot for me. Whereas people with nothing to lose, they simply don't care.
Mine is probably neuropsyche, and was there way way before Fin and probably at times way before any pharma. Some things calm me down a lot.

I only eat whole food ingredients and train/fasted... forever. Unless I find out this is bad. MAYBE, not in my best interest to take fast oxidation to super fast oxidation, bc
I have probably been there. BUT, for me, better than probably v slow oxidation as per during worst fin-crash.

I usually try and take the train, or handle annoying tasks late or in the morning pre- or post- rush hour.
I don't drive years straight, sometimes... but that's bc of other things, but also... rushing always, and disorganization, and occasional anger... not good. So rather,
just walk, run, take uber, trains, etc. Not possible in a small city tho.

I'll look into glutamate more. I think it's the case for me.... bc, LTG fixed that (not a great choice for many, that's a serious drug, and in part led me to taking fin).

And it's not just about being lazy or a slave mentality.... Running your own business, working out 20x a week, you can still be angry.

Had a friend worth insane amounts of money, maybe hostility linked to anger caused his heart attack. He's calmed down since. Although maybe all men calm down 30's to 40's, I really don't know. He's unmovable. Despite bad health of some of his family.... and a lot of other stuff. HE used to travel like 100+ times a year. He stepped back, took a chair job, sold the company, got rid of lawsuits, took less money, and is calmer than most people I see for the most part in similar roles.

It's not just one cause for everything.

Things that calm me down:
AGPC
Citocoline
Mg to a lesser extent
LiOr/Lith Aspartate (not reccing it, controversial here, but it works. AND aspartate is worse for ppl with MSG issues, and Orotate is worse for kidneys).
MMJ somewhat, but I need cito to get rid of the thc/make it functional quicker so I'm not spaced out. CBD helps anx/paranoia, but isn't enough for me.

Not recing this either, but usually dex helps my mood and focus... and I literally have no time to fight, but occassionally increases anger too.

Travelling and seeing how people actually suffer in the developing world can change perspective too.
Cannot control others, can control how you react to them and anything (when not completely fucked up at least).

Part of it's just natural and all human behavior's been pathologized. Obv, upset over effexor fin, lost opportunities, time, seeing idiots fly by life with zero issues, etc.

Also working out in private or small unknown gyms rather than chain gyms, filled with a bunch of people helps me.
Or working out late nite, or early morning avoiding the rush of monkeys out there.

After sex or gym - def feel happier at times. Sex longer effects. BUT: I am trying cito + nofap, etc. For specific reasons, that probably only really affect me.

Journalling, condensing hundreds if not thousands of thoughts helped me overcome: alcohol, substance abuse, pssd, anxiety, etc, etc,... so this too, I'm sure it can help a lot. And also, sometimes just need to get away from ppl, time to self. Incense, music, whatever a person likes. Will train some martial arts again eventually.
To have the strength and ability and form but to never use it unless absolutely necessary. The ability to hurt and heal. Fluid and formless, like water. Medn more too.

Practically all addictions that suppress thoughts and feelings, when used to self-medicate, will eventually lead you to a worse place, and render you unable to deal with the slightest inconveniece/stress.

DOing things my way without interference helps a lot. LIKE, writing exams alone in university --- lowered tons of anxiety and anger and resultant depression. Felt more capable, but my issues are severe in many ways.

People need art... something they're passionate about even if it's a side job or "just" a hobby -- it's a strong form of therapy.

All this I know, and all this I need to work on.

IF you need to live in a big city and you don't like it... here's what I did:
-LIVE right by the best intersection, but one street parallel or perpeendicular. This way you can mingle, but you're left alone... from the traffic, and idiots everywhere.
-NEVER live by a stadium... ALMOST LOST MY DAMN MIND. Crowds of people, drunks, carabanna mental cases from the states.

Beating down someone occasionally may be beneficial to society. Who knows. I'm not a saint.
JK, I practice non-violence all the time, but seriously doing things on own pace, own workplace, and blowing off steam, going for a walk to smoke or whatever, clearing your mind, watching the ocean, people watching, strolling thru the forest, etc are all helpful. Not a smoke, a vape*.

And for some jobs - sole proprietorship.

Interesting. I can get easily angered and I am a fast-mixed oxidizer with high sodium.
I have the sodium retention gene and every test ive done has high sodium, but i think certain stimulants raise it further (including exercise, think of how easy it is to have a sports fight vs have an office fight. The testosterone is running wild playing sports) and push it over the edge into anger mode.

I generally stay away from any stimulants because of this (including coffee) and take lots of magnesium in my electrolytes at sport to calm me down

Have you done a test? Youd be suprised. I was. I was a slow 4 on my first test, but still had high sodium. Maybe its just sodium that dictates it. Sodium is supposed to relate to aldosterone, an adrenal stress hormone

I had zero estrogen and am up and down all the time (not really that badly, but this is the easiest way to describe mood fluctuations), high test, high dht.
Actually for age and height and weight probably that was only medium test several mo ago.
PROBABLY more estrogen now, bc forcefully brought it up with 4-andro.
The cu/zinc ratio fits some of my other issues (non pfs).

*Zero estrogen = also bad.

Genes, and stuff... probably similar for similar acting family members. I can think of a couple, but I'm not quite that similar to any of them, but in ways yes.

AND yeah for sure @m_arch, other people like me and worse, or people in competitive envs makes it much more likely to get in a fight there, then at say work.
THOUGH, I've been in them at school, malls, elevators, outside gyms, etc... waiting area, street, everywhere sort of, my place, friend's place, bro's place, bars, clinics,... etc. People suck.

BUt if all your rivals/competitors/collegaues are also high t and such, can get into trouble there too. OBVIOUSLY money, stakes, reputation are at play at work.

I think it's more irritability than anger. I would get very annoyed at things that never annoyed me in the past when I first crashed. Loud noise, people asking me to repeat myself, even waiting on a line.

Before the crash I would barely ever get annoyed. I wasn't some exaggerated happy go lucky guy but I wasn't walking around with a chip on my shoulder. I had a constant light inner high, especially when listening to music. Now I can barely feel any mood when hearing music...even my favorite songs no longer send that rush of electricity thru my body.

I think it's irritation from low feel good chemicals. Looks like anger but really isnt. It's like being a grumpy old person.

I’m looking for a supplement to help reduce irritation and tried a few:
- valerian - helped but also made me sleepy
- chamomile- no effect
- l-theanine - no effect

Anything else anyone might suggest?

---I'd say theanine worked best for me.... earlier this year. Valerian several yrs ago for sleep... worked maybe 3/15 times. ---It's hard to put me to sleep.
-TEI does a better job than all those. THO I like theanine for after stimulant use. ---- Reducing irritation? I guess it does, but ... it's one of the only things making me sleep like 10-12hours. ---not awake.... not irritated, but using it outside of sleep, I'd probably fall asleep in the day. It actually does help mood a lot. But I wouldn't take it at 8am or anything.
--Maybe some others it does not make extremely sleepy.
-Video games

lorazepam/clonazepam
perfect for anger
u can even combo with beer
Is there anything natural out there? I thought beer made people angry, with pfs I don't react to it at all except maybe a migraine. When I made the mistake of watching porn I became very irritable and angry with people even towards my friends and family until the next day
