Hey guys,

What's your experience with ashwaganda been like? Do you have a good reaction, bad reaction, or none at all? This is one of the most widely used herbs that I'm scared to touch since pre-fin it gave me derealization. I took it about 3 years ago for a few weeks, and towards the end I got really freaky derealization and migraines. I'd wake up in a panic, not knowing where I was, and the whole world seemed to lack depth, like I was looking at a picture.

For KSM-66, slightly enhanced Libido and improved Muscle Density/Hardness.

-I got other shyt going on (non pfs, pre pfs, after pfs) but* Ashwagandha was like ok.. might be good... then strictly bad. Like most anxiety/other drugs I threw it away immediately or used it like 3 days in a week, then threw it away months or weeks later; bc I remembered while it "calmed me down", it also made me super agitated hours later.
-Cortisol effects, also not good for mood I guess... for some or many
-FINE in PFS in Kingsblood (with other things in there, and Post R-andro and 4-andro cycles). Even if it made me stronger/ a bit better density/ I wouldn't buy it on it's own, but that's just me @Niles. --Esp if I literally have lithium orotate on hand that I'm not using - to run TEI correctly as much as possible (also running out but probably won't buy/ save some money).
-Did it cause me "Drealization"? I don't know, probably some things did but nothing like Effexor or FIn. Effexor wasn't even really derealization or if it was it was with tons of other things; fin was having that affect - "On it" and then supercharged when I came "Off of it".
-Those 2 drugs were *Dehumanizing* for me. - Same way I feel about my former school doubting me, or docs misdiagnosing me then being nowhere to be found - when I desperately needed help.

Makes me feel smooth and confident and slightly relaxed.

I've heard from a few women who said it made them anxious.

I'm of course speaking only of the Lost Empire brand which is a spagyric tincture, not dried root.

--so it's pro-fetus in men @jacknap? JK )) ---below reactions probably not usual:
-- I personally would never ever use it outside of PCT and stuff, but that's bc of stuff I wrote before. Mood issues. Enraged pretty quickly. Up and down/ cycling emotions.
-- That was way after PSSD and maybe if I tried even before Effexor/ maybe not but I was like 18 before effexor. 19 I started it I think or 20... probably hesitated at first.
-Adaptogen -- so helps if hi or low cortisol (or sensitivity maybe) acc to some hippy girl that sold it to me yrs ago. She was hot. She was anti meds me too. And also*** anti using things like ashwa all the time or daily... Nothing. Use nothing long run basically. Is the way to go.

Ashwa may be anti baby but only BC anti cortisol drugs cleave progesterone from uterus I thought... Maybe... GR and prog and AR are so intertwined.
