Just got back from a beach trip, with lots of ocean swimming and sun bathing (5-8hrs daily for 5 days).
My digestion have been great since.
Did anybody experienced anything like it?

The sun makes me feel so much more fresh in general and the sea is known to be great for you so it makes sense

Aren't you half black? The darker one is, the more sun he needs. Maybe try a bit of vitamin D and infrared light or halogen light in times of little sun - so pretty much all the time in your case.

no where did you get that from lol, but been considering a halogen light

Sorry for the confusion, now that's awkward. Somehow I was sure of it. Maybe it was the raven, maybe it was your location.... Anyway, I'm quite pale untanned and noticed benefits from vitamin D and light therapy, even when getting a decent amount of sun. So the original suggestions still stand. It'd just be more obvious if you were black, especially the vitamin D part.

I think I've got an urinary infecction.. feeling burning/acute pain (last drops) while peeing, frequent urination and also got some blood when emptying my bladder
I'm afraid that doc put me in antibiotics, do you guys recommend anything for it?

This could also be kidney stones. That's what I have, and I get the same symptoms as you.

Did you get it removed?
I'll make an appointment if the pain doesn't subside on the next couple of days..

Not really, the kidney stones I have form rapidly after eating anything with calcium or oxalates. For example If I take tums, or eat spinach. 20 minutes later I'm passing stones, I will get frequent urination, urgency, burning pee, etc.

I need to understand why this is happening.

My urologist orderd a 24hr urine test for me to see the minerals in my urine, Turns out I'm making both calcium phosphate and calcium oxalate stones.

hello everyone, it's been a while..
wanted to share and get you guys opinion on something.
An acute iching have been bothering me from time to time, like a thousand needles sensation all over my body, but mainly on hair covered areas (scalp, chest, legs etc.), its a episodic burst, usually when I get anxious, or when I haven't took a shower that day and I'm walking under the sun. Basically, when I have already taken a shower I'll get the ichy only if I get too anxious (on some social situation) but when I haven't, it doesn't really matter my mental state, if it's a hot day, I'll experience this.. I have also noticed that when I'm active, doing physical exercises consistenly, I don't often experience this.
Could it be adrenaline or some strange high histamine reaction?

Cholinergic Urticaria maybe? I had this when I was like 13, and it lasted for maybe 6mos. For me it would happen when the air was dry and I was at the point of just starting to break a sweat, usually from a heat or nerves. Like in your case it wouldn't happen as often when I would sweat from exercise.

The solution for me, ironically, was to sweat more. It started after a long sedentary period, when I was rarely working up a sweat, so I started being active in the summer heat more and it just went away after awhile.

@ballheadbuddha @Niles

Wow, I have the exact same thing, I always thought it was super rare. Started when I was 13 or so, whenever I got stressed or a bit hot I'd get an itch/burning pain in my back. Like Niles said it always started when I was on the threshold of breaking a sweat.

In my super sedentary years 14-16 it was absolutely agonizing. I rarely broke a sweat through exercise and even whenever I was about to I always stopped due to the pain.

Took me way too long to realise that sweating it out was the answer, but once I did I just exercised every day and it stopped bothering me.

I still have it though, even now I still feel the beginnings of it if I havent sweated in a week or so. It just never gets bad because I dont let it. I still touch my back sometimes like a weirdo to feel the sweat when I exercise just cause it has such an association with the relief from back when I was younger and it was bad

I get this if I’m dehydrated and am about to sweat. Very uncomfortable but drinking water with electrolytes helps me the most.
