Regarding supplements that's interesting because I was already taking B6 and Vit E topically before those results because it is know to decrease prolactin and my prolactin were sky high from my blood test results . I was taking HCL too since I've been following the electrolyte protocols
Also, Chromium is one of the top supplements to reverse insulin resistance, I was suspecting I'm insulin resistant for a few weeks too since I react pretty badly to any type of sugar/high IG food . Having seborrheic dermatitis there is an obvious breakout when I ingest carbs

For the two other recommended supplements, here's what they contain

Para-Pack (90 Tablets)

Ingredients: Vitamin A (as palmitate and 50% as beta carotene) 360 μg RE (45% RDA); Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 60 mg (75% RDA); Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 20.1 mg α-TE (168% RDA); Thiamine (as thiamine hydrochloride) 1.5 mg (136% RDA); Niacin (as niacinamide and 33% as niacin) 20 mg NE(125% RDA); Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 2 mg (143% RDA); Folic Acid (as (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid) 25 mcg (13% RDA); Biotin 75 mcg; Pantothenic Acid (as d-calcium pantothenate) 10 mg (167% RDA); Iodine (from kelp) 100 mcg (67% RDA); Zinc (zinc bisglycinate chelate) 1 mg (10% RDA); Selenium (as L-selenomethionine) 20 mcg (36% RDA); Manganese (manganese bisglycinate chelate) 1 mg (50% RDA); Potassium (from potassium gluconate and 50% as potassium glycinate complex) 10 mg (1% RDA); Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex (citrus aurantium L.) 50 mg; Inositol 25 mg; Betaine (from betaine hydrochloride) 20 mg; L-Tyrosine 10 mg; L-Lysine HCL 10 mg; L-Glutamic Acid 10 mg; L-Serine 5 mg; Pyruvate (from calcium pyruvate)* 5 mg; Whole Adrenal Glandular (bovine)* 5 mg; Whole Pituitary Glandular (bovine)* 5 mg; Whole Parotid Glandular (bovine)* 5 mg.

Adrenal Complex (90 Tablets)

Ingredients: Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate) 9 µg RE; Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 60mg (75% RDA); Thiamine (as thiamine hydrochloride) 1 mg (91% RDA); Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1 mg (71% RDA); Pantothenic Acid (as d-calcium pantothenate) 10mg (167% RDA); Zinc (as zinc bisglycinate chelate) 2 mg (20% RDA); Potassium (from potassium gluconate and 50% as potassium glycinate complex) 20 mg (1% RDA); Whole Adrenal Glandular (bovine)* 80mg; Betaine (from betaine hydrochloride) 20mg.

I've not yet purchased the two above as I'm not sure if I will, I'm experimenting right now with the electrolyte, as well as following cdnuts protocol, and I'll wait a little to see exactly how my body react. I might give them a go soon enough

@barbaar

Did you finally get your ARL supplement suggestions? And do you follow those?
Sry am not up to date : p

Haha yeah it was a lot of trouble but I got them in the end. Followed ARL for a month, then tried hydrogen water for a bit, then nothing for a while, got a lot of tests done so now still waiting on the last few results before starting anything new.

High calcium means your thyroid is not working. you are low on magnesium, manganese selenium zinc etc. and you are losing calcium from your cell. Stick with ARL program.

they will be giving you calcium also since you are losing calcium from the cell, since thyroid is not working. And this causes zinc to be lost from the cell also.

This matches what I wrote about PSSD, about manganese and magnesium being serotonin receptor acceptors

Serotonin was low since metabolism was low. And after SSRI, metabolism became even lower.

As metabolism rises the serotonin reception and its levels will rise.#

Whenever you feel low on serotonin, Know your metabolism is down.

@Helen how to know if serotonin is low? Depression? Anxiety?

Ordered some anavar from russianstar yesterday, just so I have it on hand lol. Won't take anything until I have all my tests (which is taking waaay too fucking long >_> ).

Was feeling kinda dark and depressed earlier. Nothing compared to depression before PSSD, but still something I haven't felt in a while.
Dude those tests are taking hella long :D
Which tests take so much time? I want to do some tests myself and i need to know which lab to stay away from :)

Ow that was the lab i was considering :| Dont they have an SLA type of agreement? I mean a test score could be useless in many cases if it takes so long.

In my case it might be good to look for alternatives i guess.

I haven't looked into that. Of course all communication is going through my doc, and after my last experience I wouldn't be surprised if she's not telling me everything for some reason. She seems nice though and was willing to give me most tests I asked for, so for now I still trust her.

Its annoying your doc is in between you and the lab. I mean i believe she is supportive and all, but if she really believed in those tests she wouldve perscribed them herself right, which means insurance would cover it.
I rather have it without my GP in between, not sure how easy that setup will be here though.

Yeah that would be ideal, but I haven't been able to find a lab that will let you do that here. If you do please let me know lol, I just want to get the tests I want, when I want without having to go through a doc.

Barbaar, did you notice any improvements with the ARL reccomendations, and are you still taking them? And if not, why did you quit? Your symptoms match mine but I am still waiting on TEI results.

To be honest I felt super terrible on them near the end of the month I took them. Emotional flatness and depersonalization/derealization got way worse. Didn't really notice any improvements after, but a month is probably not long enough for that.

I quit the supps after that month to try hydrogen water, haven't gotten back on them yet. I got a lot of blood tests done of which I still don't have all the results after nearly two months. Want to get those first, and get another hair test done because my last one was back in January.

-Is there a third water that does neither what Hydrogen or Ozone water does? Besides normal water?

I was being serious bro. Now I'm gonna relapse and end up blacked out/ dead in a desert/forest with dicks drawn all over my face. Nevada may be worth it tho. Good girls there. I mean good times, they're not really "good".

Thanks a lot...
