Could one say
Thiamine makes iron work / chelates copper.
Riboflavin makes copper work / chelates iron?

There was this Wilson disease dude in one article saying that riboflavin is way more important for him than those 700mg Zinc daily suggestions from his doc.
(Its actually crazy how much zinc they give wilson disease patients. Ive read up to 900mg a day. Just for antagonizing the uptake)

sorry @barbaar

yes, it is insane, how people take that much zinc.

I thought b2 chelates more copper, and thiamine more iron.

@Jaxx

I was thinking some combination of vitamin b2 or b1 with sodium. probably should fix this and may be niacin

I mean it is obvious that 11 beta hsd is not working

And 11 beta hsd has parts FAD part and NADPH part. and iron sulfur part.

Look at aldosterone Aldosterone - Wikipedia

you see chart?

you see in PSSD in barbaar slow oxidizer case, there is nothing after 11 beta hsd.

Curcumin, is MAO B inhibitor, since it is iron chelator.. None of these things are mao a inhibitors.

MAO A is copper enzyme. MAO B is iron.

People tend to feel better when they inhibit MAO B , since that increases dopamine and allows more sodium in .

@Helen. What is the procedure to build an understanding of how and what enzymes affect which minerals or which mineral is connected? Going through studies and patents they usually obfuscate this info and/or come up with stupid synthetics that they're able to patent.

Any books or search queries when finding studies would be deeply appreciated by I'm sure by a plenty of visitors of this forum, and would positively contribute to the collective knowledge and ability to research and discuss these matters.

Great question, would also like to know!

@Jaxx On the second look you can get fixed from SSRI using serotonin and dopamine

Just block serotonin and take sodium and take dopamine agonist.

There are many things to do the same thing

Anything that will require more sodium to come in.

I always thought this route for most suitable for people with high serotonin and surpressed dopamine levels. You think both are low?

It seems to be both Antidepressant activity of curcumin: involvement of serotonin and dopamine system. - PubMed - NCBI
Do you think that doing on dopamine/mao-b would be sustainable, this would make you feel better while on it. You think it sticks?

chelators of iron and copper, of course sustainable.

this is why they use b2 for parkinsons or b1. they chelate copper and iron from the brain, and MAOs go down.

but when people take serotonin and dopamine it makes them copper and iron toxic.

Guess that some people would need to stop taking their vitamine B complex then, as it has both

Im sorry im a little uninformed but, what would b1/b2 + sodium do to serotonin/dopamine?

I'm a little late to the www.haartest.nl party, but I've done some digging and I think I have a pretty clear picture of how things work in The Netherlands.

First of all, haartest.nl has the exclusive rights in the Netherlands to supply the actual hair test, but ALSO the supplements from Trace Elements. I've contacted many online webshops, mostly UK based because they are a lot cheaper, and they said they cannot ship Trace Elements products to The Netherlands due to exlusive rights from haartest. So we are basically stuck with www.haartest.nl if we want to go the TEI route.

Secondly, some of the products that haartest sells have their own weird names, like Sympia and Adrena. These supplements are specifically made for The Netherlands, because their original counterparts, like Sympia <-> Sym-Pack III, have ingredients that are not allowed for sale in The Netherlands, hence the need to produce a slightly different version of the product. For example, Sympia is missing Whole Thymus Glandular (bovine) and Whole Pancreas Glandular (porcine). They assured me that the Sympia, which is a slightly modified version of Sym-Pack III, is at least as good. This is probably the reason why those supplements are being extra expensive.

Third, Fulvic Clean is probably a product that hairtest.nl advises and not TEI. Fulvic Clean is fulvic acid, which is one of the main components found in shilajit. It helps to detox, chelate heavy metals, and binds to minerals to help them enter your cells easier, at least that is how it is being promoted. If it's true it might be beneficial and speed up the TEI healing process. The price of Fulvic Clean is high though, if you look around on the internet you can find fulvic acid for less. I have this shit lying around, but unsure how and when to use it. I've tried it and felt like utter shit on it, perhaps it is chelating heavy.

So all in all this is the status of TEI hair analysis in The Netherlands. I'm still unsure if TEI could be sped up, by eating the right foods from the beginning instead of the recommended foods from TEI. The reason is that it takes like 2-3 hair tests to see your real oxidation rate and they could be recommending foods for your 'fake' oxidation rate on the first and second hair test, this might slow down your process. Last but not least, the amount of 'supportive' amino acids in their supplements is low, like really low. You have to combine those supplements with food, and I think the food you eat has way more amino acids than those supplements. So I'm doubting if these amino acids in their supplements are doing anything 'supportive'. Perhaps they know their shit and you only need a fraction of the supportive amino acids to make the minerals and vitamins work.

If anyone has some questions, don't hesitate to ask. I'm on TEI myself for 2,5 weeks right now. Not sure if I should take a 1-2 week break after 1 full month of TEI supplements. Still need to decide on that.

I want to switch to TEI. I’m taking in a lot of calcium on my current cycle (nearly 2 gram I believe) and my dick has gone dead again.
But, this is making it hard. What other options do I have?

Edit: found this American website which mentions it ships abroad, including the Netherlands. Anyone have any experiences with this one? Not sure if customs will let it through.

Evenbetternow.com Natural Health Products and Supplements

Edit II: Tried to order a hair test, but they also don't deliver to the Netherlands.

Guess I have no choise to continue with ARL or switch to a weak ass, expensive version of TEI. Hoping ARL does the trick in the long run.
Is the amount of calcium I take harmful, @Helen? As it's killing my dick/libido right now.

I am eating a lot of soft cooked egg whites/good amount of protein. I think this should give me enough amino acids to support the program. I also ordered EAA's.

I am also on the haartest.nl TEI program. I am doing for a month. Will let you know how it went.
