Well guys, I fucked up bad. Not sure if it was the tryptophan (which I had already quit of course) or something else but today I feel back to square one. My entire body is numb, muscles are weak, I feel lobotomized again, zero emotions, hardcore brain fog and fatigue. FUCK

I hope this is a temporary setback, we'll see. I'm starting vitamin K2 today.

After taking K2 yesterday, I slowly felt the brainfog leave. Several hours later it was 80% gone. The K2 pills I have also have vitamin D in it so I'm not sure if it was K2, D or the combination of the two that helped but I'm feeling much better than yesterday. Still a little worse than my normal baseline but thank fuck I haven't crashed back to square one.

yeah man

PSSD is calcifcation of the cell

I think gaba is pushing calcium too much. and this way metabolism slow down, Progesterone goes up since it cant push potassium into the cell, since cell is blocked with calcium

and since metabolim is in total shittery, estrogen is zero and there are no emotions. and test mainly converts into DHT

and serotonin increases prolactin which increases calcium ))

This is why some folks got better on lithium which increases cortisol, since cortisol decreases calcium absorption

Its strange how these things are mainly repairing brainfog but not libido. Ginkgo seems similar.

That's super interesting, back in 2016 somewhere I tried a tiny bit of phenibut this one time, and for like an entire week after I was completely zombified.

lifting metabolism should lower DHT. and increase estrogen.

Are there any ways of alleviating fatigue that don't mess up a hairtest reading? I'm currently off all supps to prepare for TEI and fatigue has come back with a vengeance. I guess my previous supplement stack was doing more than I thought it was (though obviously it didn't cure anything)

Dr. Wilson says it is OK to drink 1 cup of coffee. Just drink it on a time when your fatigue really kicks in. Unless you don't want to use caffeine.

I also have some bad fatigue on some days and I just accept it. It is annoying as hell but I just go to bed early on those days.

Welp I drink like 4 cups of coffee in the morning just to get my brain out of first gear. Maybe that's something to work on too...

Could be, but I drank four cups during my PFS recovery a day, and I still do doing NB for PTSD and I haven’t noticed any problem. It’s probably not ideal, but it’s not a deal breaker.

Good to know, maybe I'll try spreading it out a little more instead of everything in the morning.

Hopefully TEI will get my energy levels up over time so I can start relying on caffeine less and less.

Yup don't think it matters that much. Especially when your body is used to the caffeine.

Other things for energy try cold showers in the morning. Get good sleep when you can. The simple stuff but for me it helps a lot.

This is a possibility:

Morning: 2 minute cold shower, no warm shower, nothing

11am: 2 cups of coffee

1pm:2 cups of coffee
