On the other-hand, there are compounding pharmacies that can kind of make anything. They're hard to find depending on the area.
I know there are some for those transitioning or pharmacies that specialize in various other medical issues (I lived in the LGBTQ(xyz) neighborhood for some reason haha). And I know I was trying to get baby doses of Lamo. And if what I was taking didn't work, that may have been the next step - liquid, micro doses. I didn't go that far though, and the prescribing doctor, said it would be useless. As in if I couldn't tolerate it at 25-50mg, then a micro dose won't be much different (and wouldn't work). That's a different class of drugs than citalopram of course and I actually wanted it's effects.

So I've been trying the homeopathic citalopram this week. Nothing is happening as far as I can tell. Maybe the desired placebo effect doesn't work on me since I'm painfully aware I am not ingesting a single molecule of citalopram, but I also heard placebo can work even if you're aware it is one.

Not sure what to do at this point, at least I was having some results with the electrolyte protocol or the few days I tried turmeric + ginger. I kinda want to go back to that, but I also feel like maybe I should give this a little more time since gbol thinks it can actually work.

Not sure why you jump from one thing to another, I told you what to try. You need to give time to things. Not just do it for 3-4 days and stop. Homeopathy takes a year this way. not a week.

If you want quicker, just do what I told you about .along with it

I'd rather not wait a year, so I'll add that stuff back in. I know I get impatient, sorry :p

Sucks man. Keep your head up anyways.

Make it a mission to always push through and at least experience some joy during the shittiest times. It makes the easy times even easier!

I think I might be going through something similar as @Raincoast did at first. Back pain and joint pain, just generally feeling like crap.

I ran out of turmeric so I'm going to switch to supplements. Turmeric will stain the shit out of everything you love and scarfing down a whole bunch of it and ginger every day gets old pretty quick.

So to recap, from now on I'll be taking
- Manganese (8mg solgar chelated manganese)
- Magnesium (500mg magnesium chloride)
- Iron (20mg solgar gentle iron)
- Potassium (1000mg potassium chloride)

I'm also still taking homeopathic citalopram because why not, I already paid for it.

At night on empty I take 500 histadine, 2g lysine, 2g glycine, 1g taurine, and 500 ascorbic acid. (Zinc/mang a few times a week with it)
Also at night seperately I take 3xwobenzyme.
Taking 1 g malic acid with 500 ascorbic on empty during day.
No real pain left anywhere now.
Nighttime/morning wood all the time now too.
Shilajit and fulvic minerals have been daily also, after hcl.
Taking boron and selenium with mild b complex in the morning with breakfast.
Egg whites, gelatin, and whey as protein supplements to dietary protein. And a Now super enzyme 10 min before any meals.

daily for the last two weeks. I have to say, I think I'm less fatigued. Still getting energy dips where all I can do is lay in bed/on the couch but they happen a lot less often, and seem to go away quicker.

Libido and EQ haven't noticably improved, although there were a few days where EQ was decent. But that randomly happened before so idk.

Emotions and personality seem to be coming back a tiny bit, but not clearly enough yet to say if I'm imagining it or not.

Still haven't received my ARL recommendations... If I don't have them by the end of this week I'm going to try contacting catherine and see if she can help me get them. My current "practitioner" never answers emails and only wants to push his own program on me. It's getting annoying.

@gbolduev what do you think about adding in zinc, like raincoast? I think it's highish on my test only because my shampoo contains it. I've taken it in the past (like more than a year ago) alone without any negative effects.

So... Still nothing from my practitioner. I'm done with this guy. I sent ARL an email if they could help me get the supplement advice directly, if that doesn't work out I'll try catherine. Even if I need to get a new test done... sigh.

I emailed both as well. No response as of yet. Also switched practioners. Hoping this guy is less of an ass and hands me the report.
In the meantime I did get trace elements advice, which shouldn't differ much from ARL's, but still.

Here they are. Finally!

For clarification, the supplement names are in the form *ARL name* / *biocoherence name*. This has to do with a law here regarding supplement labels which have to be in dutch, otherwise you can't sell them. The contents are exactly the same.

What do you mean how?

Because he didn't want to give them to me.

Also, will you go for the glandulars as well? Some here are cutting them out since they influence your hormones.

Apparently ARL notified him of the mail I sent them, and I told him other people were having success with it. And he probably just wanted me to finally shut up and go do my thing lol.

And yeah I'll be taking the full program. I'm literally going to do what @gbolduev says, word for word. So electrolyte protocol + ARL supps. I'm not looking forward to putting coffee up my butt but if thats what it takes... hey I'll do it :p
