And that combo for taken long enough could potentially fix the body back to homeostasis right? I guess we really wouldn't know exactly how long it would take though

going to +1 the zinc/copper thing. Took it on a whim a few days ago and really felt the difference.

I feel a difference from this combo too. I take 1 pill of thorn extra here n there like once every 3 days and it has copper n zinc in it and I get a BIG boost in mood and personality. it seems to build too like each time its better n better.

keep in mind im still taking 18 plus grams of inositol and R-andro with trib and tongkat ali.

Thorne makes me feel worse from my experience, there are so many things in it hard to pin point what

gbolduev , I get great results from taking Resveratrol plus DHT, actually the resveratrol only increases my libido very well. What is happening to my body when taking Resveratrol plus DHT. my other focus is trying to grow hair. SO is it ok to use resveratrol and DHT as needed for libido, and Zinc/manganese for hair growth daily. I do notice penile numbness and libido loss from zinc/mang. any suggestions?

yes, I mentioned using resveratrol plus dht, or estrogen plus dht. Resveratrol is estrogen. it is the same as using zinc plus copper pretty much. Only I doubt using estrogen with DHT will ever stick.

Zinc increases testosterone and DHT only when copper takes the pressure off the cortisol by tanking potassium and 5 alpha reductase2 goes up

I am still not sure if this will restore everthing. It should long term

Why dont you use copper zinc manganese magnesium combo. First use zinc copper magnesium and then add manganese

gbolduev I've been dying to ask you this question, a little of topic. What happens to the body when using PDE 5 inhibitors to assist with intercourse. I have used some of the "herbal" ones, but I know they are spiked with real Viagra because I get the side effects of blocked sinus and flushed face.

I only take 1 pill tho which is 1/6 of everything listed on the back. where you taking the full 6 pill dosage? I also am technically taking while on something that is very clearly tanking my potassium too.
interesting to see that it affected you that way tho.

tallglass13 unfortunately, PDE5 inhibitors are very troublesome to overall repair. They block a type of repair cell (I can't recall it) that negatively affects the soft tissue in the penis...

Additionally, they degrade more of the issue forcing you to rely more and more on them... I certainly know the reason for taking them but have found some natural alternatives that have helped...

I suggest 1G L-Tyrosine and 3G to 4G L-Arginine ... this actually helps trigger an erection and it'll be decently full... give it a shot

gbolduev any ideas how to lower SHBG? Mine have been above normal for years now. It really seems to affect free testosterone, DHT, DHEA and a list of other androgens... Apologizes for the off-topic question but I wanted to get your opinion. Thank you

I would assume lowering estrogen/ progesterone could lower SHBG. tongkat ali would help too maybe with like a phat mega dose of the stuff. you can get the bulk supplement 200:1 extract to do that.

thanks a million joekool , yeah, I've kind of relied on them over the last few years, but I knew they weren't good for me. then when the PDE 5 inhibitor wears off, you feel especially impotent.

Right. Lowering estrogen would lower SHBG but I haven't been making any significant changes with estrogen either. Estrogen hovers around the high normal range while SHBG exceeds normal range.

aarfai Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica) supposedly does it... seems cheap from Swanson so give a double dosage a shot I guess... if you haven't already

I cant believe they still sell this garbage . Fuck you Merck. I barely can write this right now. I am in total freaking subworld

fuck man I hope you know what you're doing. A lot of people who crash, crash after using it for a second time. So your second crash might be worse.

I had the panic attacks as well in the evenings 7pm like clockwork my first month crashing in June...

@@gbolduev do you think that the same crap can happen with SSRIs but through 3a-HSD(the other enzime who metabolize cortisol)??

I will test SSRIs, after I am done with this garbage drug. I think 3a hsd is a possibility here.

Wow this is exciting stuff!!
What about accutane, the same as PFS?

licorice root 450mg + zinc 50mg + copper 2mg + magnesium 250mg + ru 10mg, two times a week, for at least 4 weeks. wonder what that would do.
