BXO/Lichen Sclerosus

Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for things to try as I've added another issue to the list of stuff I'm dealing with. I seem to have developed Lichen Sclerosus - started off as inflamation of the glans after sex with some random girl (used condom, just she used her hand at one point without a condom and was kind of rough + wearing rings). Sidenote: I'm kind of able to perform with Cialis. STD checks are negative, been through cycles of antifungal creams, and 2 months of ultra potent topical corticosteroids with no effect. I've developed mild phimosis and the skin on the glans looks shiny and a bit paper-like. The only thing I'm being suggested right now is circumcision. It's driving me nuts. It's terrible since no one knows why this would happen or can actually guarantee that circumcision will resolve it.

I'm always clean, groomed, etc. I just don't know what to do and recently had a terrible encounter where I had to try and explain what's going on to someone. Needless to say, they wanted nothing to do with me. My skin looks kind of ok at the moment - no inflamation but the shiny, paper look is there.

I've been thinking to try and convince my GP to get antibiotics based on this: Link between Lichen Sclerosus and Borrelia burgdorferi infection

Other than that there is the topical calcineurin inhibitors...but noone seems to be willing to prescribe those...

Never heard of it before and just looked it up. Cause is unknown but it is believed to be caused by a over active imune system or hormone imbalance.

If I were you I would just do tei. You will be surprised what nutritional balancing can do for you but it will take time.

I would wait.
I have had everything on my penis, I have had sex with so many girls and everytime I got something weird I just put some ointment here and there.
Do not trust bullshits about circumcision, it will change nothing. They suggested to me as well, so funny how even doctors want to make money on you.

Yeah, I don't mind having the circumcision but people get this condition even after a circumcision, so not sure it's worth it.
I've been dealing with this for nearly 6 months and have tried nearly every ointment on the market with no effect. The Fucidin cream is the only thing that got the inflamation under control but didn't really heal anything.

I just found some russian medicine that seems like it could be helpful but have no idea where to get it or how to use it really (looks like it's just suppositories )
Лонгидаза® при склероатрофическом лихене — причины, симптомы и схема лечения

I guess TEI is the only option I have left - have people had success with it for autoimmune conditions?

--MY tests initially looked decent then later ones looked clean. i did my suffering... I lost nearly a year. i fasted every single day for fasted training. and easily went 60-70 days with no food. but if you're talking straight, for sure, fasted with water 25 days + once. 18+ once or more. 10-12d + two times last year. --often skipping sat and sunday as well. --and usually 18-22hrs pre eating, dinner. but on tei, ate a small meal in morning (and do when I remember too lately), then at night. very small tho then.

-So probably that, electrolytes, and various other things (?), and timing (waiting), made things look clean.

-TEI helped a supposed disorder (one half of something more complicated or less maybe). --- And asthma -- And insomnia, and put me in a good mood since day 1.
--BUT of course, I don't have much patience sometimes. So I did try something else (and I don't regret it). Future, I'll use TEI.
-The thing is, I need to be sure, test results are decently accurate, so this time doesn't suck. I liked much of it except... digestion, apparent weight gain.

-If asthma's like autoimmune... and BPII is pretty serious and related to zn:cu supposedly. well it helped day 1 those.
--I didn't think it would, but it did. That was round 1 tho. Also better sleep than like 10 years. I have history of anxiety, insomnia, adhd, and or mood disorder.
--I mean medical history says that but I could trick them either way. SO those writing that history, are generally not that bright but that's another story.
---SO basically i worked out like 14-20x a week at 20 (too much). --> AND* still used inhalers a lot. Mostly rescue ones. probably overdosed the hell out of them.
--same with parts of last year. but abstained 4mo, and really it's been 6-7mo near total abstaining plus 1-2mo general avoidance. maybe 2x a week or once a week lately, but often zero times a month.
-on TEI breathing was damn good eventually.

-Basically for me, for PFS (not for everyone, because we are all different and rankings are subjective anyways)...
-Rankings would be: Fasting 10/10. TEI 9/10. Electrolytes close but a bit lower maybe... or higher. Randro 4andro 8/10. Anavar 6-7 or less.

------

--Also. Eye infection on. Eye infection and upper resp tract infection (flu or very close to it. prolly a flu), shortly off. All 3 resolved obviously (eye drops for the eyes tho).
--And also a dead or broken toenail was black... and broke off, and is normal color again. --may have been infection or injury, or both. --2mo off TEI, that went away.
-It was there, like 10mo or so. Least of my concerns because 5-6 of those months, and the previous year, there was pain inbetween most toes and fingers. slowly went to 10 and 8 and 6 and 2 and 1 or zero. --remaining pain there is because I worked out like crazy and are injuries less than hormonal, collagen, joint pain.
--fasting got rid of most that. but perhaps TEI could do that as well in it's place.
---SO asthma, various infections arose. long standing one vanished.
-to put in perspective: I usually had access to 12 ventolin like inhalers a year or 6-8 combined.... I used like 1-2 last year, if that.
