I had to do research whether you can do this with vitamins/minerals/amino acids and without hormones. It would be much more safer, beacuse as you mention estro gel can cause breast cancer and may interrupt pituitary function.

women should start from tiny doses and checked their pituitary hormones often
this would optimize the dosage
