Cholesterol levels in PFS

I don't think I've actually had blood levels for cholesterol or triglycerides tested, but when I did a gastrointerestinal test (stool sample analysis), there was no detected cholesterol or triglycerides at all, even though at the time I was eating a totally normal diet with meats, fat etc

Bile flow is no doubt impaired, but it's not a case of no bile. I've had tested done, including being injected with radioactive dye, drinking a high fat drink to stimulate bile flow, then lie in a CAT scanner for 2 hours. That showed normal bile flow, but I think it's not consistent, and cholestasis is definitely an issue, with bile ducts sometimes getting blocked (that is not fun)

I don't think its any coincidence that TUDCA really helps a lot though.
