I’ve decided to fast for the day and that seems to do the trick. That or take with extra potassium chloride or high potassium foods, it depletes potassium.
I’m beginning to think that taking these supplements in general is making me feel worse. Like I have a rock in the front of my head.
I should also mention that I’m feeling more lethargic which usually happens after I stop taking Abilify. I’m considering going back on it.I had head pressure even cold empty feeling in head for a long time sometimes... but also: whenever I took something like ru, or copper, or supps from TEI... initially.
Now not so much, maybe something as strong as RU would. Also made my ADD worse (small price to pay for 2-3hrs or a day max). Anyways, the point is: everything that makes you better will also cause side effects. Also, the cold-empty head - hole in the head feeling... Jacknap had that during PFS too at times (not using anything I used mostly), meaning different mechanisms cause this.
I am sincerely considering getting back on it. I feel almost like I’m in a worse state without it anyway.
So I’ve decided to start up a new fast Today and can go till a few days before thanksgiving if I really put my mind into it. I basically have a 30 day window. Is it still ok to exersize at the moment? Also, while fasting, should I comtinute with the electrolyte protocol since that involves ingestion?
I will start a new fast this Friday as I will basically still have a 30 day window. Furthermore, I've decided to start running long distance (and for at least 30-40 minutes) daily. Today is day 4 of doing that.If you can manage 30 days you’d be putting yourself in a strong position.
That’s pretty much the best way to get your body to do a ‘reset to factory default’!
Probably could be better, although I'm trying to limit my cheese intake and eat more vegetables than usual. Right now I would say it includes a lot of meat. I should probably mention that out of everything, diet is going to be by far the hardest thing for me to change and I refuse to permanently give up anything for the rest of my life (I could never do a permanent Keto diet). What is your diet like?
Sorry if i missed this somewhere.
I’ve been eating more steak with meals. Other people on the accutane FB group have mentioned positive changes from that.
Also on a good note. I was feeling strong emotions for the first time in months today. It came from listening to a song, and while I’m overwhelmed with deadline work, but it was still the best I’d felt since maybe being in NYC this summer.
