I'm not going to tell stories here, but just think about the things you have to live for ahead of you in your past life. Almost crying reading the responses here, I love you guys so much, I called my mum and got her to take me to the emergency hospital. I’m sat here with a drip in my arm in a hospital bed. Getting my gut checked, all sorts of tests, trying to hold in there mentally, thank you all so much for your support.

You're in the best place you can be right now, and getting hooked up to a drip should do you a world of good.

Your neutotransmitter levels will be absolutely all over the shop right now. I don't know if it's possible to get cerebrospinal fluid levels tested, but this 2017 study on PFS showed some significant findings;

Key findings of the study include broad effects on plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) neuroactive steroid levels observed in 14 PFS patients, as compared to 25 controls. Statistically significant decreased levels of DHT, pregnenolone, progesterone, 17-beta estradiol and dihydroprogesterone (DHP), and increased levels of DHEA, testosterone and 3-alpha diol were observed in the CSF of PFS patients.

I do not agree with this. They can't correct the above issue. And there are thousands of men living in this world with the above issue that got screwed up by fin and aren't having the severe problems @Concerned is having right now.

I'm not suggesting they will be able to fix the issue based on this information, I'm just pre-empting the; "well all the tests look normal you must be fine" response from doctors.

If that does occur, then suggesting they explore other avenues based on the outcome of this study might be beneficial. That's one of the only studies I've seen on PFS where the outcome of the tests performed is absolutely clearcut with regards to a PFS patient vs control.

For sure avoid carbs... WORSE than a lot of meds even. FIN worse than Effexor. But bread is worse than a lot of things and I'd say (without addiction or pfs), even alcohol (real alcohol, non grain vodka). It all just goes to sugar, and bacteria, yeast, etc, feed on that - destroying digestion. I could probably eat some now, but mentally I feel bad bc it breaks discipline. I first ate meat around 21-25 days after my long fast, maybe 30+ I can't remember, I did write it down on my log (convoluted, I admit). Hot plates of spinach, arugula, and then arugula and spinach cold, some rice eventually, eventually some eggs, etc. I cheated at times, but 1-3 x and not before 18-21 days, as I was scared to lose progress or that something could go wrong.

Around 9 hours in the hospital today. Blood tests, urine test, ultrasound on my stomach, x-ray on my chest (they said they can detect some stomach problems from there somehow I think). As you might have expected, all came back normal. But, I’ve been referred to a gastroenterologist, probably for a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. That should be interesting, a guy on swole source with pfs said he had these done and some things were wrong in his colon I think.

Again, thank you for the support guys. This morning was terrible, been semi-delirious in the hospital today. Will try to get some sleep soon.

I do apreciate for your help Helen, but really...I do not understand the reason you decide to help here and there, I mean that is fine, you do whatever you want but...I just want to point it out that me and others are here from 1 year long and do you think I do not have delirious morning where I can't even breath, where I can't eat, I can't sleep at all (it is 2 months I am sleeping 3hours per nioght), I am thinking about suicide every day.... so why not helping me as well by skype?!
I have soring nerves everyday and at time I even can not walk...etc...so many stuff going on but I just stopped to cry, and or stay alive or go for suicide.
