Me neither - but I must say electrolytes made my hair tests look good/ now I'm using it TEI -- and to my pleasent surprise but also mostly expected this; it doesn't hurt me.
ALSO running electro's made stims side effects much better; good dopamine and happy without being too hyperfocused all the time or prone to agitation. --Still don't use them much tho (will later; just 20mg 40mg maybe at 189-193lb or so, later less weight).

Also it's pretty crazy how much TEI and ARL said that were accurate about me... but* some terms I am not sure about --- like "Adrenal Fatigue" / Exhaustion.
-I like TEI better - but it's personal preference. I like how it's 17pgs vs 40 pgs for ARL and more coherent and concise... But whatever/ each can help someone.
-Although*** I did a ton before and always this year and most yrs... ---Fasting certainly helped I'm sure. I'm certain before long fasts -- my hair tests would look HORRIBLE.
-In terms of toxic metals, probably worse at the very least.
-Also I was too sick to get or even understand how to get tests back then.

-Anyways I'm optimistic on the TEI program... Gotta trust some things/ fight my instinct and I don't even need to really fight it here... well defined supplemental program...
-Is easier and less risky I think, then depending on a continuously changing program (at 2-3 mo +)... SOME -- need these too, I think so they are not in the dark, and doing a TON of random things, that could potentially crash them*. --I haven't crashed this yr -- but surely with less hard work and eating badly, sitting around drinking all day, eating gluten, etc... (bad habits and less discipline basically) --> I'd probably have crashed. (I did last yr 1-3x -- hard to say really -- maybe one or two long crashes since initiating Fin).

I took zero D and I am fully recovered from excess K2. I took it for a while also., Phosphorus all I needed.

Phosphorus and potassium magnesium ask for calcium in the bone. . So this is what spends k2 the most. since k2 has to take calcium and bring in to the bone.

This is why D high level without calcium spends K2. Since it increases phosphorus. But the problem with that that I had was crazily increased lead absorption. lead was up 5 times, from being in the sun with zero calcium or taking d3 without calcium. So in my case it was not good.

Okay, dude. At this point you have had every single problem under the sun and you've fixed absolutely everything.

My phosphorous intake in diet is more than high enough. I actually get worse symptoms with high phosphorous foods. I took wheat germ for a while (high in phosphorous and vitamin E) made everything much worse.

I can tell you firsthand with my experience (and not having a million other health problems as confounders) that sun/vit d + while I had low dietary calcium had everything right. Only three weeks with no sun had things coming back, but then I hoped onto vit d and things were good again. Then after that I added back in a bit more calcium, and it didn't change anything.

What is your case you say exactly, a slow oxidation ?

What kind of chelation, taking calcium out of body or just divert Ca away from serum ?

What is your case you say exactly, a slow oxidation ?

I think you guys both have stated you are in slow oxidation, correct. And slow oxidation, alkaline blood, less acidic etc. And you've been taking K2 !? I though vit K is supposed to be aiding in slowing the metabolism down, so it might be good for fast oxidizers so to speak. Maybe the context of the conversation is missing: slow or fast !?

Honestly I don't really buy into that slow/fast oxidation stuff anymore. Most of the TEI/ARL stuff I don't really like as much. Some of it is interesting, but I think things are more nuanced and it doesn't apply to everything.

There are genetic polymorphisms that could regulate mitochondrial metabolism, and separate ones that can regulate bile turnover, drug metabolism, etc. I think it is much more nuanced than a binary slow/fast.

--I feel same way. ---I mean what if my hairtest looks exactly like someone else's and they have no asthma ever, no adhd, no mania EVER (lifelong never).
-- AND we have the EXACT same supplements recommended... ? --(or near exactly the same hairtest results).

Or better yet, can it identify someone with an infection? How about their age? Diet? Probably not.

I also respect that a lot of work went into making the ARL/TEI system, but because none of the rational is published in any trustworthy way, and the founder of it all didn't do much writing, I have a hard time trusting things. I need to read it... from a reputable source.

I have experimented with alot of stuff, and had similar reactions. that is all ,I am trying to help , not to argue.

Hevel is taking my recs and doing good.

I am saying that vitamin D also doing the same.

You cant take phosphorus alone. you need to take it with things that increase your b vitamins.

of course it can identify people with infections, it is all about mineral balance, infection is seen right away,

they look at combination of all minerals at once.

Matty, but the stuff that is usually studied an published in biased and one sided. I agree with you that they dont explain their system

but trust me if you studied the system, you will figure out that after 5-6 years of your studying , you will come up to the same things

I agree it is hard to trust until you understand it first yourself.

|But your are looking for understanding of simple things now. Which to them is like nothing.

So to have a full picture , it is ok to study hair, it has its uses.

So it can tell me if it's bacterial vs. viral? Can it tell me if it's staph A vs. strep pneum? Is it gonna tell me if I have candida? What do you look for to identify any infection? What's the evidence behind that?

These tests aren't magic man. They have restrictions like anything else.

Yes, they can tell you if it is bacterial or viral. All the things that you talk about, are the outcomes of mineral imbalance, and not the cause of it.

they do have restrictions and can be faster when you test blood and urine.

|But I find 3 compartments the best

After studying the systems for many years, 5 years, I am amazed at how deep they know your body chemistry from hair alone

They got it figured it out.

I spent years collecting hair, bloods and urine to test this stuff. And I did not see these companies make mistakes

Are there faster routes. Sure.

Are there safer routes for regular people. IMO NO. Since you Matty, may be you could find some route for yourself, and it can take you a year to find some interactions, but someone else can get totally screwed up looking for these interactions.

I did screw up personally many times, and it took me half a year or more to get outof things, until I figured it out.

--I think it's pretty cool how both ARL and TEI wrote about insomnia, agitation, anxiety, etc... for me. I did tell TEI* very specifically what I am trying to treat (in general for PFS but also specifically the main symptoms for the other issues). This is because I think there's a lot of value in working on all those things holistically. Previously, it would be "do nothing about them" or "self medication" or... ignore them... but yeah it became a big deal in early 20's+ and I made huge strides but there was always something missing. Seeing as tho I remain optimistic much if not all of PFS will go... And Maybe I will Need something else in the future for that; I may as well take care of the other things. It was treating just 1/2 of it ... and ignoring the rest... and just constantly trying to maintain sobriety/working hard... etc, social support, etc, but I feel good there's a system in place.

And it's possible i'd have gotten the same kind of good results -- using TEI sooner, but I'm glad I fasted and worked out, using randro, 4andro, herbs (ella, ru, electros), etc as well. I can see that initially people incl. Helen thought there was a better/quicker way to do it, *but now I get the current recommendation* that for a lot of people., just using TEI or ARL (tho ARL changed in recent years I believe) - holds a lot of promise. there's a lot of bs out there in psyche for natural things -- but I see lithium orotate helps (not using it but I can buy some in case); and other stuff I used... mmj (not using now); etc... --> there's merrit to those and this. Just bc there's so much bs out there online and in person, doesn't mean all holistic stuff is bs. I am not saying you're saying that at all @Ingeno, I am just saying I share your optimism... becoming optimistic at times on net... which is pretty crazy.

A long friend (maybe since childhood or teens for sure) and a Family and Sports Med guy I know feels there's merit to it, but agrees with me it isn't studied a ton these days, and that's probably due to pharma... for whatever that's worth. He's a good guy. If I stayed here, Ideally he'd be my family doctor for sure, bc he "gets me".

-SAY PFS left me with 3-6issues instead of like 27-35 ish... I think I'd go on it right after refeeding a few months. Like if there was no major weight loss and gain (both in my case) and no "-in bed depression- state" [and also no digestion, vision probs]. Anyways if there was only like E.D. and a few other things/ I'd be more inclined to use it sooner.

Treatment of Angina: Where Are We?
Release of Adenosine from Human Hearts during Angina Induced by Rapid Atrial Pacing

I had chest pains as well which have pretty much gone away. Sure did feel like Angina it fucking huuuurt. I was doing k2 and D supplement so that was probably it. Was scared it was the ru58841 which I crashed from as one kid got heart failure from it. I rarely get that anymore now so I think I got lucky. I went to the emergency too and they did think they saw something weird so I did multiple tests but then cleared me eventually at like 1pm the next day (stayed there all night).

I wish I had positive things to report back but taking a single dose of Taurine(1g) was enough to send me back to square one, it feels like Taurine injured my heart somehow and taking Magnesium and Potassium is no longer helpful, the pain now is always present and I really have no idea where to go from here, I think my problem is more than just MK4 overdose, possibly Hyperparathyroidism.

Have you completely stopped calcium? This made the biggest difference for me. I’m currently taking a very small amount of taurine 15mg daily. Stopped d3 which doesn’t seem to have made much difference.

100mg potassium chloride and some pumpkin seeds seems to help a bit.

Taurine controlls calcium and potassium uptake in the heart, you increased your calcium in the heart.

Why you don't try somenthing that can get rid of calcifications like sodiim thiosulfate or edta ?

I never supplemented with Calcium, I only get small amounts of Calcium from things like mineral water and green vegetables.
I am taking KCI which was very helpful in the last months but since using Taurine it's kinda lost its effect on me.

Do you think this program is enough to heal any damage I may have caused to my heart?

I just received sodium thiosulfate powder yesterday, not sure how to use it yet or what is the proper dose to start with.
