I do. I just can’t get the b6 symptoms under control. It keeps giving me neuropathy no matter the dose or co factors. I’ve seen some big plusses, though, but I have to look elsewhere. Will likely hop on ARL within a few months.
Nice to hear from you. Pls do log here as well. So I don't feel so alone in this hehe. You had exactly the same symptoms/ssues as I had/have. So what you did. What changed during last 7 years? Also how the hell are you able to take HG7 protocol if you already had low copper/ceruloplasmin issues? I tried only 30mg of zinc daily + 400mcg of molybdenum every other day and within a week I felt like I will not survive the night.. LOL Maybe if I took EGCG with it I would be ok? I am scared of liver damage from EGCG when I already have high liver enzymes..

I believe I have copper build up in my tissues and organs, leaving me with little to no bioavailable copper. I need to chelate the build up copper first and fix my metabolism.

Bro it is crazy. So we were not able to figure this out in those 7 years. How is your health. All those collagen issues etc. is it better, worse, stable? Why you did so many tests without following the program? Yeah some people say it takes years on the program until the body starts to eliminate it. I did many blood tests and I had some copper dumps with very high free copper. In my case I think I was toxic from birth basically and all my life I was hypothyroid therefore I was accumulating toxins all the time. So I think if I start ARL now it will take me like 10 years to get somewhere after 40 years or garbage buildup in me.. No fast fix for issues like that. That's for sure..
What changed for me in those 7 years is that I was eating low vit A diet all those years. I fucked up badly with pounding every high vit A food and even supplements.. 7 years of low vit A diet and my serum retinol is still 1.68 umol/l ref range 1.05-2.80 isn't that crazy.. I think I am high in iron as well for sure. So I do some self bleeding and no more red meat..
