Copper

I know, I decided to take a chance and try it together with selenium after you mentioned it. I screwed up but at least I'm 100% convinced now minerals are powerful stuff

minerals is what you are made off. Hormone therapy or mineral therapy is the same.

since hormone effects the mineral absorption

So if take copper lets say, it is the same as taking estrogen,

if you take zinc, and limit copper, same as taking letro. etc.

but hormones need to be used as the opposite for minerals,

TEI does not just feed minerals, it is uses minerals like hormones,

they don't just feed you stuff that you feel better on, they feed you stuff which will balance your minerals in the end. they use minerals as way to do certain things,

like they see this receptor is not working, they would use a certain mineral to make it work.

exactly , lead and heavy metals, lower glutathione reductase,

that is what I told you.

I told you the simplest way also, which I did, is CHELATION.

ARL fixes the toxicities but it takes time , read what I wrote. again

Its neither of glutathione reductase cofactors to be seen on OAT to be noticeably deficient, this is contradiction, we all need reduced glutathione but how to get convinced its off since OAT says not major deficiencies.

Ive read people do ALA chelation for 5-7 years and heavy metals still come out elevated in hair test, but i never saw elevated heavy metals on my tests.

What would be a chelation protocol for copper?

Also, my symptoms got worse when I tried hydrocortisone and fasting. I think both depletes copper even more. I just don't know how to balance my copper if the copper I take isn't getting absorbed.

I mentioned before that finasteride, lowers DHT and increases t and estro, could downregulate estro receptor,

estrogen is what increases ceruloplasmin and copper absorption in the body.

but ceruloplasmin usually rises with ACTh, and ACTH rises with higher metabolism and potassium levels

this is why if you take cortisol, it lowers ACTH, and ceruloplasmin goes down. and copper absorption also

Would increasing DHT (R-Andro) have any effect on the copper balance then?

For detox methods what are your thoughts on other methods like saunas, bathhouses, deep tissue massages etc can that actually help detox or no to speed things up?

liver flushes etc, saunas help , but it is hard to get stuff out of the brain.

Yeah what I was thinking was that saunas can help free up glutathione since you are sweating out shit and this glutathione can then be freed up to use in brain chelation if brain chelation even use glut

Why don't you try the simple detox protocol by Helen w/ the high B vitamins.

Meanwhile swim in the sea as well this summer for three months. As much as you can. Plus get sunlight in general, go in nature walking etc.

Maybe do OMAD or 48 hour eating w/ not too much calories. Enough to not make you get too skinny. Focus on meats/(raw) eggs/protein/fats. Some carbohydrates. Maybe also eat liver once a week for the copper. A.K.A. get all minerals in.

Or do the R-Andro cycle first, after that the detox protocol w/ the health lifestyle.

I think you just need to make a plan and attack this from all angles since your case seems more complex. Especially since you have been dealing with it for a long period plus you also took steroids (just like me) in that time and other drugs.

I think TEI/ARL can fix you as well but maybe it takes longer for you. I guess the more fucked up you are the longer it will take.

yes, saunas help for sure, I felt much better on them, but also I felt much better in Cyprus, since in the summer it is all one big sauna LMAO

I tried mammoth B-dosing, but it made me sick and perhaps even set me back a bit. I did experience more strong nocturnal erections during the experiment, but obviously didn't stick.

I've tried all the natural ways. I will just focus on my next hair test and detoxing (liver flushes, coffee enema's and sun exposure). That is if my next hair test reveals I am a slow oxidizer. If not I'll try Andro, though that won't fix my copper problem.

I'll give myself another year. If not, I'm not sure I have the strength to keep fighting.

Of course you do. I'm still fighting too. We are all fighting. I am getting improvements but I am not better yet. We will all get there. But you need to keep trying stuff. Eventually something will click.

If it is TEI or something else you will find out as long as you keep trying things out. I know it sounds weird but it is true. That is why so many different things have worked for people.

I think TEI could be a good solution for you - it might just take longer for you - because it builds people up from the ground. It is not purely focussed on "PFS" in the sense that cdsnuts protocol is for example. Since you used many different compounds from what I could remember from your log. So the problem with you can be skewed by the other compounds. Just like when I used testosterone in some ways it made me better but other ways worse. Maybe this caused a different imbalance.

What I think is the worse you are the longer it will take. It is logical. The further you are from homeostasis the longer it takes to get rid of all the imbalances.

Plus other stuff can help. Get some sunlight. Swim in the sea. Walk in nature. Take cold showers. They are little extra's but they can keep the mind in a better place.

I'm sure when you were in Russia you used to go to banya ))

funny, but all those who go to banya a lot are all fat pigs with an obvious metabolic disorder. May be they lose too much electrolytes.
