So I found a guy who recovered from Accutane/PFS. It goes hand-in-hand with this pelvic floor tension theory. Here is what he said fixed him. He did try TRT for years prior to this protocol and it did not work until after he did this..

-------

I didn't take propecia, but I took accutane and ssri's

Poverty erections, orgasms less fulfilling than a sneeze(no lie), libido absolutely shot

This was from about age 15-16 onward, 26 right now, I can't recall whether it happened suddenly or it was a gradual thing.
Could still get an erection and finish but it didn't feel good, just the idea of it allowed me to get the poverty erection and load off

Anyways I had hit puberty at like 14 so I only had like a year and a half of glory. I figured I had just gotten used to fapping or whatever and when I get the real thing it'll feel good again. Started "bangin" sloots at 17-18 and it was the equivalent to watching paint dry. Never got anything other than a notch on belt.
So the only thing I really got anything out of was alcohol. That basically became priority for the next 5 years or so. Literally the only thing that brought about enjoyment. Eventually had to go to rehab etc... But it made me realize WTF man I wanna feel my dick, if I could just feel my dick again. I'm supposed to feel my dick. I had convinced myself, "welp it's not supposed to feel as good as when you are 14-15, this is normal" "I fap too much, once I complete no fap I will restore pleasure"

Anyways several several no fap journeys yielded no results whatsoever, supplements etc... Nothin

Went to a ton of docs who were supposed to be great with this stuff, many just Bert stared me and didn't get it

T levels were low to mid normal, I got on trt, that got my at t levels high but that on its own didn't help me out. One thing the test did do was if I didnt fap for a while I would have a wet dream and would have a glorious orgasm the way it once felt, but awake still the same.

Tried all of these
-private yoga every week for a year(didn't do ****)
-rolfing
-sex therapist
-acupuncture
-chiro
-neuro's
-endo's
-uro's

Anyways, I forget exactly how I stumbled across this stuff but I quit boozin like 10months ago, and the sex stuff wasn't from alcohol at all because I had stopped drinkin for long periods of time with no improvement. But I literally told myself I'm going to get my dick working again or move to Oregon and get out down like a dog.

somatic movements, not sure how it works exactly but it rewires your nervous system somehow. My loin muscles were basically shut off. My extrinsic muscles were over active and intrinsic muscles just completely dormant. Anyways doing literally nothing but this feldenkrais routine from Hannah Somatics book, Neanderthal no more routine from T nation, constructive rest from psoas book, Rochester facial Somatics routine. So it took me about 289 days but whos counting, and now my dick is turned back on and I'm in the take a big whiff anytime a +3/10 walks by crew now. There's a brain-body connection and we can't directly attack the brain so we need to get there through the body.

I'm still on trt and hcg

Lol just lmao at people who take any hormone altering drugs today with the info that's out there. No chance in hell that it's only 1%.

Sex drive is coming back in full force. It was about 10-11 years of nothing for me. My sex drive was incredibly superficial, just the idea was arousing but no actual drive.

That's actually good news that you have tight muscles because that means this could work for you like it worked for me. Also you probably do not even realize how tight these muscles are because it's become your norm. Like the muscles around the base of the spine could be locked up and you wouldn't even be aware because your brain has lost the connection to it.

Anyways

The book is called Hannah Somatics, 8 exercises in this book, you do these and it gets easier each day, I bang em out in 30 minutes now but it took a long time at first, actually I just do 1-6 at this point but the breathing exercise 7 is really important and I would do those diaphragm vaccuums til I almost lost consciousness because I didn't give a **** I was gunna get this **** right or die trying.

2. Constructive rest is a resting yoga pose you just lie on your back, look it up on YouTube, this releases the psoas muscle which needs to be loose for proper sexual functioning

3. Neanderthal no more part 4 on t nation. This is my gym routine. Very good. RDLs, front squats, lunges, shoulder blade retraction exercises etc..., we are trying to get the body running properly these exercises do that. Just follow that routine and work on good form more so than weight

4. Look up Rochester facial Somatics on Google and there's a list of like 20 facial expressions to do daily because jaw muscles and facial muscle tightness can contribute to sex muscles srs you wouldn't think so but it's important

If you have the ability to dedicate yourself to that for a month I bet you'll see that you are on to something, then once you realize that your brain isn't perma broken you will feel a lot better, and then it's just a matter of time. Like I said this took me probably more than 6 months. I seriously thought my receptors were ****ed, and they were but this is a way out srs. I feel like big parts of my brain were shut off and now they are back on. Not easy but obviously worth it.

Doctors don't know ****in **** when it comes to this.

Thanks @Willylong98 for this post! Glad you could post a direct testimony about the use of somatic work! Yes you need to get there through the body!

I have been telling you all this since september.....

And I gave the address of Irenelyon.com who does somatic work and feldenkrais. I tell you, do this at the same time as your protocoles, and then your protocoles will stick better. It is not all about pelvic floor, because this kind of somatic exercises help with the nervous system and the body awareness in a wider way, and it really can regulate all the nervous system. With time it regulates the glands, because it is the nervous system that triggers hormones.

(If he tried rolfing as he said, the practitioner missed something and should have helped better....)

And there is also TRE, that acts on the psoa muscles.... These are half an hour exercises theat make you shake and tremble and discharge the contracted energy of psoa but also all muscles that need it and that can do it. It can be overwhelming, please all those exerccises do them without forcing, less is more and slow is fast!

i mentionned a FB group Log into Facebook | Facebook you need to ask to enter the private group. We have just been debating TRE and SE, as many people signal retraumatization by doing TRE too much for what they can handle. I have been very involved in the conversation during 1 week, but they closed the comments because the original post was a warn against bad use of somatic methods without being slow, titrating is important, and some people were TRE practitionners and defending a lot... It is very informative to read!

Go there you have free ressources about somatic work.

Yes, Hanna is the author. i will buy it, as I have a surgery problem that leave me with the pelvic diaphragm moving only on the right side, and stuck on the left, compresing a vein for years. We are working on it with my body therapist but it is difficult because of the nerve brake on it...

Lets see if there are breathing exercises too, because the movement of the pelvic floor is linked to the respiratoric and the thoracic diaphragms.

You can work everyday on the toilet.... Push when you inspire, and feel the diaphragm massaging your belly and pushing down. This is the movement when the pelvic floor slightly open. When you breathe out, it goes upward and contracts.

I dont think its the cause, but just another symptom, I have big issues with my pelvic floor/psoas, If I eat starches I get serious premature ejaculation, I can barely last a minute, because starches cause alot of gut irritation for me wich increases inflammation wich then puts pressure on my pelvis wich cause the PE. If I avoid starches and fibers I dont have PE. Check out this link Pelvic Floor | Forum | Sexual Reboot

He is basically saying that a protocol like the "Electrolyte protocol for improved health" that gbolduev posted will solve this inflammation eventually wich should then solve the pelvic issue and sexual symptoms, the pelvic relaxation and exercises can help in the meantime I've found, but I think the core of the issue wont be fixed until the inflammation subsides.

Hope this helps :)

I have also PE, but I am not sure what could be the reason. I thought that this may be connected to high symphatetic nervous system. Have you tried any stuff that lowers inflammation to see if it helps with PE?

Yeah, stuff that lowers inflammation works for me, But mostly its the things that soothes my gut, the reason for my PE is gut inflammation -> tight pelvic/psoas -> PE, weak erection ect. any time I eat wheat, rice, potatoes, corn and so on, im done. and it takes about 2-3 days for it to clear.

I see your case. So my PE is probably different as I just get easily aroused, hard and finish really fast

Well try the constructive rest position for 30 mins and see if it helps at all. If it does you might have the same problem.

If you're talking about tight pelvic muscles and all, that isn't the reason. I tried pelvic floor muscle exercises for some time and they didnt help. Also there a lot more mental sides than just ED or weak erections in PAS.

Gut irritation triggers the sympathetic system too! There are more than one cause for the same effect.

You are right about what you say about PE, it is S activation, but it means it is difficult to sustain the activation long enough. Actually, we just come when it is too much and more than what we can stand! So we go to the release, because we want to reach the parasympathetic state. So what is at play is the capacity to sustain and contain within the body, the strong activation.

So it is not that much about having too high SNS, it is about a disregulation that makes it difficult to sustain activations. It is like a saucepan with boiling milk. It may not be because it boils fast, it may be because the saucepan is not wide enough as a container! Those SNA or somatic exercises, they are meant to help you grow the saucepan larger, so that you can contain all types of activations easier. It also facilitates all that is contrarian approaches, because you will become more sensitive, but less sensitive to the changes of the cycles. PNS and SNS are also cycling in the body.

It’s just hard to believe this can be fixed with simple exercises. So maybe this should just be used along with protocols for added potential benefit? When I begin my electrolyte protocol and zinc finger in a couple months I’m gonna do this at the same time

Actually today I had 3 bovels and I cannot say that they were healthy, well formed. But I do not know if that is more because of my fast metabolism or some kind of gut irritation

You are one the few fast oxidizers!?
Guts are very both ways... Before I stopped gluten this was insane... and now that I have suppressed all fruits and starches and sugars, well, my guts is so calm!

What is called mental is not from the head but ANS, 100% sure. What this guy did is not only muscle exercises, it is about fascias and diaphragms, and also q owrk though the ANS. There is a pelvic diaphragm as well. When I learned muscle relaxations, I do super slow movements for this, to an imobile person, we took into account an expiratory apnea we asked to do during the time we held the posture. Many people were just falling asleep from the parasympathetic relaxation!
If you try to just reinforce some muscles, it will not work as you saw.

It’s just hard to believe this can be fixed with simple exercises. So maybe this should just be used along with protocols for added potential benefit? When I begin my electrolyte protocol and zinc finger in a couple months I’m gonna do this at the same time
Yes, I am a strrong believer that protocol plus somatic work will do better together!
And we should all be informed about how work our ANS, so that we help the processes we live every day.

@Willylong98 Dude I would love to believe this could work but I highly doubt it. There is strong reason to believe PAS involves a problem with the central nervous system i.e. the brain. I really can't see how tight muscles or peripheral issues etc. could have such a pronounced, persisting effect on the brain and neural pathways such as dopamine signalling. Of course though, anything and everything is worth a try. The more data we collect the better. So I would recommend you do this alongside an electrolyte protocol etc. and keep a diary/log. Keep us posted.

Just don't get your hopes up.

So I found a guy who recovered from Accutane/PFS. It goes hand-in-hand with this pelvic floor tension theory. Here is what he said fixed him. He did try TRT for years prior to this protocol and it did not work until after he did this..

One thing the test did do was if I didnt fap for a while I would have a wet dream and would have a glorious orgasm the way it once felt, but awake still the same.

also where did you find this post? It's always interesting to hear guys talking about recovering from accutane sex problems either way.
