No you stay on the program. Yes brainfog is normal. I have small periods of days with brainfog and then I get better. But in the beginning constant brainfog.
I don’t know why you’re saying stuff like that. “No you stay on the program.” Everyone’s different and we are learning this science as to how people can improve their qualities of life.
Some people come off program and do very well and are able to enjoy their lives a lot more while off. Some people become somewhat reliant on the programs to make them function well. Where coming off program too long sets them back bad.
Everyone’s different and it’s all fascinating to me.
Not being a dick
@RebelWithACause .... you just can’t act like you know everything about this and force it on people. We are learning and watching people try this stuff along with watching ourselves.
You have to take into account the population rather than the self here when giving advice. Just because one thing works for you doesn’t mean this guys idea of taking a month off is a bad one. We’ve seen plenty of people do great taking time off then going back on.
But from my perspective, the good happens when you’re on even if you’re feeling bad. So maybe if you can, try to tough it out for 6 weeks then stop for 4. Or maybe 5 weeks and stop for 3. Try to give yourself that advantage or ratio of on to off time is a little bit higher to ensure your progress forward.
