Did I have a heart attack?

So I hate being a downer. Basically about 2 months I considered myself relatively recovered from PFS like maybe 85% on a down swing at worse so I'd indulge once in a while with narcostics.

I understand intellectually you shouldn't mix drugs but bad decision making. like April 11th I took like 400mg of modafinil to try to get a lot of shit done that day. When I walked out in the cold toronto though my heart was squeezing on/off all day. I eventually decided since I couldn't sleep and it was 6am to go emergency. They checked my bloods, ECG and everything seemed fine they just said lay off stims for a while. went to check get a second opinion and the doctor said yeah since blood were good it's like inflammation. He seemed like a great doctor and wanted to get him to become my regular one. young asian guy. he said if he sees me in walk in again he'll take me on because he has too many clients already.

7 days later april 18th I decided okay 200mg modafinil is my sweet spot. The heart thing went away too so I did that but there was a party and I wanted to get myself into a super good mood so I added 3 oxy tylinols (all the stuff I got is 100% American pharma qualitY) on an empty stomach and paced like 3-4 vodka sodas at the club. Not gunna lie I was in amazing state and got like 50-80% numbers of the girls I asked and I went for the hottest too so it worked.

When I got home though and finally started eating at like 4-5am heart pain and then it radiated to my arm. Crazy sharp pain on my shoulder too. It was a long weekend and the last time I went to see the doctor at emergency they were pretty dissmive and I was embarrassed ( I know dumb decision I should've gone). The pain went away and I felt fine though. I used to hook up with a doctor so I asked her her opinion and she said that drug combo wouldn't cause a heart attack in her opinion.

so it's 2 weeks later and I'm not sure if I never noticed or not but I noticed shortness of breath past few days. Like all day yesterday. went to walk in and doctor (seemed like a not good one) and she said that since i'm young my bloods look healthy and my blood pressure was low when she checked me it's fine. I did mention that I can be anxious and maybe because of that. to test if it's anxiety though I took a shitload of phenibut and still have the shortness of breathe so I doubt it's that. Also noticed even more tired then usual. I still can do my regular workouts though they do seem a bit harder then usual though. Deadlifts and sprints etc.

Also noticed when I was hooking up with my sorta girlfriend I was completely winded after on Monday.

Yeah I'm an idiot. I wanted to just party hard because I was pretty much on the straight and arrow for 2 years. Hopefully don't have to end the party too soon. I think also since my system was fresh alcohol etc. and mixing might've been too much (though the doses I took are clinically safe ones too but the mixing and lack of stress).

HOPEFULLY it's nothing. But yeah I'd say i'm pretty recovered from PFS though so cdnuts protocol was good. there's some lingering issues that I might have leftover but I don't really care that much about them hence why I went into party mode LOL.

I asked that 2nd doctor who I saw yesterday (who dismissed heart attack due to my age) if there was a way to tell if it was a heart attack 2 weeks later and she said no. But I think it's more she didn't want to order the expensive tests (since canada is free health care they're more conservative ordering shit compared to if it's your own wallet).

I had a second heart scare before like in 2018 during pfs and it was because of low pottassium though very harsh heart pains that felt like angina but those went away after drinking coconut water (now i'm just guessing it's low pottassium) and I was being a good boy on cdnuts protocol then. So that case I was lucky and it was nothing.

Though when I had PFS and I went emergency twice because I was getting some like convulsions and couldn't sleep the doctors were crazy dismissive too (there's one hospital close to my house and the doctors suuuuuuuucked vs. the downtown hospital the doctors are the best but pain in the ass to get too and really long wait times). I wish I just had gone to downtown one all the time laziness will be the death of me if I don't get that character flaw handled.

After doing a lot of iv ozone I thought I was having a heart attack.. same symptoms. The doc I was seeing for pfs/Lyme noticed I was low on electrolytes.. after pumping them for a week or two I felt perfect.. so I agree, u are probably low in one of them.. the heart needs magnesium just to keep time for example. Drugs deplete all that shit

This exactly. For years I had chest pains, palpitations, dizzy spells, shortness of breath, you name it. I went to the ER a couple times, and a few cardiologists, thinking I had valve blockage or some congenital heart defect. Turns out it was electrolyte deficiency from abusing uppers.

same here as well, early on in pfs I had very bad chest palps all the time went to ER and nothing wrong. all electrolyte related

Ya definitley.. the lungs and heart are interconnected.. that's why you can slow the heart rate by deep breathing.. so the opposite is true as well.
The lungs are reacting inversely to the electrolyte imbalance affecting the heart

when I first crashed with pfs I had shortness of breathe as well. thanks so much for the reply though provides a lot of piece of mind. still have it today unforuntately all day. but at least i'm functional.

I feel very depressed/negative. The reasons are rational but I also think lack of oxygen makes my mind see things a lot more pessimistically as well.

Did you try the coconut water that helped last time? Or any mineral complex ?

I wouldn’t think a heart attack would last for days. The shortness of breath is during the heart attack, not days after it.

I’d be shocked if it was that but stranger things have happened.

I took modafinil daily years before my PFS episode, was prescribed provigil. After taking that for a year or so, they switched me to nuvigil, which I never filled and stopped taking them all together. Felt worlds better getting off that shit. I’d avoid it altogether - heard it’s linked heavily to SJS.

I think the SJS is like allergic reaction 1 in 1000 ppl get kinda like pfs. u need a genetic strain. I've used it like 40+ times so I doubt i'm the one for that. u can actually test for that genetic strain if u can get it

no I think it does last for days though because your heart is damaged so can't pump blood/oxygen the way it used too. still have it today sucks dick but whatever i'm functional lmao. I'm viewing it as like a bittersweet reminder of the darkness of life lmao

Given how shit luck must be required to get PFS from Saw Palmetto like I did, I’m done with the risk lol.

lmao I wish I was wiser like u. I'm back to the same old shit. I just avoid DHT blockers like the plague now haha

I have depression/anxiety/ptsd problems (self diagnosed so could be exaggerating) but it's more philosophical I think and I don't have the patience for TEI yet but maybe one day.

Haha

Gets rid of PFS -> Gets a heart attack 1 week later

FUAAARKKKKK

Anyways I think you will be fine. Just stop mixing the drugs. I think mixing drugs is the biggest danger. There was a post somewhere that showed which nutrients were depleted on certain medication/drugs. If you can find that out you can make it a bit more safe.

also mixing drugs = most cardiotoxic, i.e. cocaethylene and various other compounds. like stims and alcohol. etc., so many things are cardio and liver toxic when combined
youll be fine. i made and lost and made some multi month salaries in days and weeks lately. and have done worse on serious drugs. no heart attacks. certainly pain a couple x last yr and lots of 20's. doc rite to dismiss most likely.

know a girl who did have a heart attack and so did her friend 26 and 27 (not writing this to freak anyone out, rather just TO SAY Its rare, but not impossible in all cases), she had other signs and severe stress (both of them).

ALTHO* DUDE. You've had convulsions, seriously don't combine drugs too much at all. I have high tolerance but have had some BAD shyt occur. Not recently, but a lot back in the day. Once my leg was numb and tiny bit black ish from some insufflated crystal. it was bad and never happened before or after that. could have been bad tho for sure.

HAD to taxi to exams and ride (lame ass )TTC back home with my nose running a lot, and various nosebleeds from coca also. Sometimes felt chest pain vis a vis vodka/coke, nicotine. Prolly crazy at times on other stuff. blacked out sometimes (alcohol mostly). Mixing drugs = fucked up things occur. Once put my head down at university bar, and this old lady who owned the bar said please dont lie down there (looks bad), also dropped cocaine all over my Versace bomber, in the washroom. Lost cocaine out of an atomizer down Navy Wharf Elevator shaft. And far far worse things*.

STIMS are not for everyone. Yeah sure they helped me in a bad situation. BUT, Im prescribed and take half the dose... and just go without sometimes after all that PFS trauma... figure, may as well not rely on anything too much. Never took modafinil, but have had friends that have had bad results, and read various bad experiences on it.

Have had bad experiences on Ephedrine and stuff. A tiny bit sure can help cut, but I didn't understand much when I took it at 18. Palpitations for sure. I prefer stims that are reuptake inhibitors and have less norepinephrine activity and are more dopamine releasers or DRNI's. But even then, surely millions had heart/chest pain, arrythmia, paliptations etc.

Uppers + Downers = mostly not good.

you know more details about those girls? like did they pass out or? lmao I was thinking also cuz of the oxys though it hurt quite a bit though but same time pain killer so might be even worse

the shallow breathing is much better today though so I'm optimistic again and I did dead lifts and sprints and had sex all weekend :D

I do want to try TEI eventually after reading all the logs and stuff like that but I also want to have a fun summer because Toronto is so cold most of the year and it's suns out guns out

which girls bro? oh dude i remember what i was talking about. One friend of a friend.
Something really bad happened (can't remember what exactly). Her father (my friend's friend) committed suicide. And her father passed away soon after (maybe this is reverse). And my friend I think she abused ... I really hope not, but probably stimulants. (I like stims but mostly don't abuse them -- like finals in uni sure but not much otherwise, kind of blunts personality anyways, and make life less fun at times -- also heightens various addictive behaviors a bit).

So I think my friend's friend got messed up from that (understandably). And my friend had a heart attack, possibly stimulant abuse. COULD be some other drug*. I can't remember. I think she said stims, because she was somewhat (like several friends were) pretty against me using stims. Especially after telling them a bit about that Effexor debacle yrs prior. I highly doubt it was ADHD medicine tho. Not sure if friend one actually had anything at all to do with drugs.

Tei's great man. helped my mood more than anything. Lamotrigine distant second (hardcore drug) and MMJ, maybe MMJ distant second, not sure.
Also helped sleep more than anything as well. AND* asthma. PFS gains were slower, however only real bad issue was some water retention/ digestion issues.

Worth sticking it out. If I wasn't a clusterfuck I'd be on it rite now, but just moved, studied like crazy, did some business, then needed to catch up studying.
hard managing all this shyt at once., trying to catch up.
