Kinda hard well vey hard to stay super optimal 2,3,5 yrs straight I’m sure we all have imbalances… ev1 alive today nearly.

My hair tests will be clean but I mean like if I don’t eat clean
I suffer asthma more anxiety. Excema
More arthritic pain etc.
-Ehlers/hypermobilty stuff mostly invisible except perma injured now). Must worsen at30 for most.

Did differential diagnosis on myself since a kid was rite about myoclonic dystonia from vax also happens to HSD/hEDS PATIENTS.

When I detox metals sometimes I feel like a kid. Its like you never grew up while others did. You guys ever have that? Its a crappy feeling for me personally often linked to negative feelings like anxiety and isolation

I think I never did grow up into an adult. I mean my body is normal but my mind is that of a child. Thats why I sometimes have a hard time dealing with reality and I do escapism.
