PSSDforums here, I and a few other members will be experimenting with Ella in the coming days. A member of ours, Trondanac, saw great results after a 6 day 5mg/day regimen and is still going strong a week after finishing it... hopefully this is the one.

I saw that a few people were going to trial it over there. Hoping for the best!

It will be interesting to see the difference between Ella and ru. one touches cortisol , another one does not. Both touch progesterone

managed to get some ella pills. They are on the way.

Only to remember my current hormonal picture is low estrogen, high prog and dht. The other things inside range.

Gbolduev do you have any advice on how to do this protocol (dosing, number of days, cofactors, etc)? I understand that nobody has experience with this but what would be your choice if were you?

Ella touches the progesterone receptors and the glucocorticoid receptors. It doesn't touch the ar receptor.

Ella does not effect cortisol much. since it binds the receptors weakly

OK, man. I read 10 studies, it does not bind cortisol receptor much much weaker than mifepriston

Ella is identical chemical structure to mifepriston almost

So is Ella an option for pfs or you think we stick with the ru?
