Diabetes probably fixable, I think you're pretty young. I was 250lb.. if I stayed there probably... diabetes... instead i said fuck yall and got ripped.
and i took all that shyt after (bc im fkd up sometimes), accutane, fin, horse radish, wasabi, garlic mayo, finasteride, etc.
each major insult to health i treated it like a race, until i was better than all the jackasses out there, that piss me off.
do the same.

I was never more than 163-164lbs.
I was always pretty lean and generally fit.

Its an "induced" kind of diabetes.
DHT isnt working properly--->Nitric oxide insufficiency--> Insulin resistance.

Whatever the point is I've been 170, 198 pre and post drug... and fitter after dealing with a bunch of shyt, so don't give up.
Weight doesn't matter, LBM and BF % does. And the mirror. And people's respect.
