Just look at this study
A very promising direction in the development of anticancer drugs is inhibiting the molecular pathways that keep cancer cells alive and able to metastasize. Much attention has been directed toward copper (Cu) and iron (Fe) because they are at the root of cancer cell rapid proliferation and metastasis...
I can add that if You for example had strong or chronic hypoxia, You develop fe/cu toxicity. Especially if You are male. Beacuse male need more oxygen than women. Especially Young male. Beacuse muscles need more oxygen.
Generaly to remove cu problem You could chelate it with sulfur compound. For example penicilamine. I tried garlic and I have to admit it works. But during first two cycles my agression / sadness grow. Currently I'm on third cycle and I feel sadness. But after three days upon stoping I feel better than before.

Ultimately I think functional b12 allows A metabolism which lets us use (dump) iron and copper from its storage organs. Like pancreas and liver .

The problem is…. There’s so much to functional b12. And it requires iron and copper as cofactors.

@ruprmurdoch heh I wish it would be that simple just eat garlic.. This copper stuff is by far the most complex stuff I would say. Because it is problematic like toxic heavy metals, but at the same time we need it.. All it takes is bad adrenal and/or liver and/or thyroid function or chronic exposure to other stuff like estrogen, other heavy metals etc. and you will develop copper issue.. As they say he is a good servant, but very bad master. That is spot on statement for copper.. Once the control of that copper is lost it is really hard to fix it.. Because for that you need to create perfect scenario for your body and that is very hard to achieve..
I would say nutritional balancing people like Robert Selig are the closest to fix it.

It sounds simple, but I feel effects and it is understandable from perspective of studies and knowledge. Just eat it for 7 days (i had sides from day three).
If peniciliamine can chelate cu, pb (not only) then garlic / brocolli can also and thiosulfate as well.

@ruprmurdoch if all you had to do to fix copper issues is eating sulfur rich foods there would be no copper toxic people. Basically everyone eats meat and stuff that has sulfur in it. Sulfur is just one peace of a puzzle.

sulfur is one piece of puzzle beacuse it is not pleasant feeling when you chelating cu with it. i bet there are much more pleasant ways.

penicilamine is sulfur based. it is officiall drug for Wilson in Poland. I bet also in Czechia

I read that glycine increases oxygen in muscles by up to 40%.

I used thiosulfate. In the beginning helped a lot I had acne from it. Helps with heavy metals in general. But long term can cause problems I notice. Brocolli/sulphoraphane also helpful. But again depends on the body chemistry. Helen was right about it. Long term high dosages of these things will ask for other cofactors too.
