@Ingeno @Ocguy is that something that translated into day dreaming as well? Or general visualisation? Something I've had issues with

I tried it after crash, had only deeper sleep, worked only for sleep, no dreams on it, have dreams now on TEI.

I get way better effects from minerals taken topically like a mineral bath compared to orally. Oral minerals always give me mixed reactions and that included ZMA for me. Sea salt bath or mag chloride bath always gives me 20x better results. Topically seems to be regulated much better by skin and the body takes in what it needs only.

Mag chloride has been amazing for me lately like life changing. Sea water speeds me up nicely too when I need it. Doing these while fasting. So much better than oral.

No, just sleep dreams.. are u talking about lacking focus or imagination ?

Visualisation, it's a common problem with PSSD people. When you struggle more to create images in your head consciously. So e.g. trying to picture an apple in your minds eye becomes more difficult

What are the downsides of using ZMA ?

If aspartic acid is the form used in the supplement, how is that gonna affect the Test levels after the suppl is cut off and also the sensitivity of the receptors ?

Have u tried ps100 and citicholine stack? Whenever I'm feeling dull or brain foggy, it clears it right up.. maybe sharpening the focus will help with the visualization as your mind won't stray.

Everybody loves that combo btw.. given it to several people

Relaxing but gives energy in the end. Detox pathways just work. Clearer thinking, feel stronger. This is all during a water fast I must add. But I started with these baths about 3 weeks before and I had similar experiences.

That used to be in a supplement called endoamp. What sources do you use now for that stack?

Yea, I buy them separately. . Jarrow citicholine and natural factors ps100.. get a couple of bottles of each cuz it really kicks in when you're 3/4 done with the first bottle.. I'm on it now, brain/mood feels so much better.. I'm just adding it to my arl program, I don't think it'll affect it negatively

I used to take endo amp before the gym and felt great. What time of the day do you take that stack and what dosage for each?

I did a loading phase cuz I was feeling so miserable, so I did two of each 3x a day for the first 4 days now I'm doing 1 each 3x a day with arl schedule .

typically though, mornings are best.. will likely go to that soon.. just 2 of each in the am.
