I did a loading phase cuz I was feeling so miserable, so I did two of each 3x a day for the first 4 days now I'm doing 1 each 3x a day with arl schedule .
typically though, mornings are best.. will likely go to that soon.. just 2 of each in the am.
What did you notice from it so far besides mental benefits? When I tried PS alone a long time ago it made me so fatigued and tired type feeling I'm guessing that is why you need choline with it
