How has your hair been on mineral balancing so far?
On my last cycle I saw some regrowth and hair has definitely gotten thicker but not pre saw yet. I haven't seen any major regrowth on this cycle but it might be slowly getting thicker. It's hard to tell. Wish I would have had some good pictures of hair at it's worse, to compare.

Tei is definitely helping though. It's just the slow and steady route.

How many people tried the zinc and managese combo here in regards to hair loss?

I'm taking a lot of zinc + manganese + vitamin C and also iron this cycle. Had 2 cycles before this with focus on zinc and manganese. One cycle with focus on copper. My hair is doing good atm.

I think you need to take it for quite a long time. And it is hard to tell what you need. Maybe some guys need also copper with it. I think only stuff like this works with a hairtest or if you are very smart.

Was looking more for someone who tried zinc and manganese only that is not doing NB. Could of sworn someone tried it in this thread for hair.

I tried it. Made my hair loss worse. I think copper was better for me.

Mg kill lots of people's hairs?
MNK took it for like 5 yrs on and off, I'm sure most shedding was stimulants a bit and even more severe, Lamotrigine. I don't think mg hurts my hair or at least not significantly but it may, who knows. Anyone regrowing hair on TEI rite nows? I didn't for 2 cycles, I'll do more tho.
People still sea salt exfoliating the scalp, etc?

That is what I thought. I think more people tried it too and either had no results on it or it killed their libido too

look at slow oxidizers like Raincoast. it can't be taken for fast oxidizers. It improves hair and libido.

Yes 4 min plex b (lots of b6) a day

yeah, no wonder. alkaline phosphatase puts b6 into the cell. Alkaline phosphatase is made from zinc and magnesium. B6 in the cell, turns homocysteine into cysteine. So you make cysteine. and the body does not have to take cystine from hair and turn it into cysteine when you can't make it.
