Exciting to see a lot of the suggestions circulating, like
Cortisol protocol, etc, but again it seems to me that so many of these things revolve around slow oxidizers. What about all of us fast oxidizers. What do we need to be targeting? About to head into another quarterly 10 day water fast on Wednesday. Debating if I do another round of TEI or not.....

I thought fasting as a fast oxidizer was a big no-no

Tribulus cycle
R-Andro
Licorice root

R-Andro not sure if it helps a fast oxidizer. But I cannot imagine all guys from cdsnuts being slow oxidizer. Maybe just feeding the body DHT, getting bile back on and then eating fats can get you in a better position after.

Licorice root also worth trying. IHateFin used it as well for a few days. Champstar from cdsnuts as well. Wuf recovered from cortisol shots.

It’s a big no-no for four lows. And very long fasts for fast oxidizer probably aren’t good idea. But 10 days is nothing and great for fast or slow- just not 4 lows.

Why licorice? Licorice is to increase cortisol levels.

Maybe food for thought for a fast oxi- milk fasts whether it is raw milk or nut milks. Or 3 day bone broth fasts.

Recovery story English was a fast oxidizer it seems with all his anxiety in Pfs. He had high cortisol. Dude loved bone broth fasts.

I know right everything is always about slow oxidizers. Tbh that is why I stopped only looking at if you are fast or slow and more just experimenting since there are not many options for us fast oxidizers anyways.
So @Boris, there has to be something specific we can tackle. I mean I’m literally going out of my mind wanting to DO something. To try something. But again, short of TEI, which I have run for over a year, I don’t know what that is. So frustrating when you just want to attack something, but have no direction to head in.

It may be, but I am a huge believer that 3-4 10 day water fasts per year, aside from the many other potential benefits, are hugely anti cancer. That alone, for me, is worth it

Right, but I think @wuf is a slow oxidizer, no?

Edit: also, isn’t Keto/ high fats not good for fast oxidizer? I thought we wanted to be more carb/glycogen based?

@bruschi11 i love bone broth. Never done a fast with it. Does it defeat the purpose though of allowing the body to reach autophagy?

DId you try 1) potassium magnesium plus tribulus.

2) plus admiral is trying things right now in your body chemistry, 4 lows. check his blog, nystatin plus progesterone.

3) I just posted a huge post to Boris about fast oxidizers. https://www.hackstasis.com/threads/agmatine-allopreg-and-gaba.1776/

May be inositol.

4) brix is a fast oxidizer, doing good on tiny dose test.

5) bulletproof protocol.

6) estrogen plus progesterone.

7) electrolytes protocol

I'm doing the bulletproof gut protocol from @Ocguy at the moment. Not really concerned if it's for fast or slow - just doing it. So far got some decent benefits but need to stay on for 2 months. My gut was also messed up since I was on antibiotics with PFS in the past too.

Maybe I'll try arachidonic acid possibly too. Or fin + an AI would prob fix you but you would be back on.

I think it does defeat autophagy to be honest but you can check that.

They are great though and soooo much easier than water. Might be more beneficial than water for some depending on body chemistry. Esspecially for a short fast.

Here’s the thing. I would go back on in a heartbeat and then try am properly ween off, the way I did the first time with no issues. I have been taking .25mg once a week, but haven’t really noticed any difference either way. Our issues as a fast oxidizer is lower DHT. I thought it could help, but I don’t wonder if we are lowering already low DHt.

I'm a fast oxidizer and have normal highish DHT. Also, it's not about going on fin alone it was about fin and an AI at the same time. I don't think you took an AI with it, no? Prostate volume went back to normal

6) estrogen plus progesterone.

Always triggered by this one. Now that I am less scared of using prog, I will be trying this one in a few months. Estrogen gel is just supressive, as you already mentioned.

nystatin and progesterone are very similar to this. Let see how you do on this cycle.
