Finasteride 'crash' while still on the drug?

@Helen please
From what I saw is that I had low DHT moments before taking Fin. Which seems to fit with everything you've said here. I just don't understand what to do..
I really would want to prevent this, but my hairtest gonna be back in earliest 1-2weeks. Anything I can do to prevent or act, supps dietwise? No way I can withstand another crash mentally. I would be very grateful..

From what I understand is that this high copper was the culprit of my sudden aging aswell probably, oxidation of the skintissue/bodycells? I took zinc on and off during the month, which fought of high copper?
So what do I do..
supplement or focus on zinc-rich diet? Taurine?
Avoid phytoestrogens (hard in Poland, only plastic bottled water. Will have to try in huge warehouses directly, but I doubt that even there I will get some..)
Sleep necessary for higher test, yet sleeping for longer than 3h at once seems impossible with high cortisol in PFS State.
Now since crash my cortisol is skyhigh and estrogen is upper border (and were probably before aswell). I read that both up each other, so reducing stress is still one of the main things I have to focus on.
But will this naturally decrease cortisol in PFS-State. and then estrogen? So I'd have to get my test up, to take DHT with me up there. But same time I can't do heavy compounds due to stressresponses and thus rising in cortisol/estro?
My bodyfat is probably around 10% already, there's not much I can drop to reduce estrogen with this. The crash didn't make me lose muscle, my skin just literally died on my whole body.

I think it’s more iron that makes you age faster.
Like it is the case with people doing test。

Just from my perspective with high copper, I don’t at all look older then I am. Maybe even 2-4 years younger.

Why avoid phytoestrogens?
And what’s the link between bottles and phytoestrogens?

Yea I just listened to a vid which was talking about most PFS symptoms actually related to high iron haha @HerrFisch
I don't understand much, I just try to listen and find out what to do without remembering the details.
Just from what I see is that High Iron leads to low test and both somehow give these mental and brain/genital issues. Leading to artery oxidation. -> Skinissues, alzheimers etc. Destroying liver, calcification, tiredness etc.

For lower iron.
Short - avoid: grains, pasta, cereals, do: zinc. Do: IF. Video says take IP-6(never heard of before), antioxidant to pullout iron. What's good to actually get beliveable tests for iron? Are bloods/urine enough?

Plastic bottled water -> increases estrogen -> lowers test -> less dht? Can't avoid it, no chance to get glassbottled water in Poland. Unless I pay 15x the price for every bottle, could maybe do it for 1week a month.
Do: IF, keep insulin low. Zinc again. Olive oil. Increase IGF-1, but for that I need sleep again. Gym/HIIT. Cruciferious foods, celery, parsley etc.
Avoid: Sugars, too many insulinspikes. Alcohol. Soy. Maybe reduce proteinintake, but enough for the AA.
Insulin raises SHBG so which binds free test and leads to higher estrogen. Should get grassfed stuff, doubt I can do it here ;///.
Lower BF so body doesn't aromatase more estr.

Cortisol - sleep correlated. Do: Meditate, avoid stress. IF. Sunshine. Sleep is really hard in PFS.

Increase test - Compound exercises, avoid estrogens. DO: Cruciferous foods, get gluthatione up with eggwhites, garlic, IF. Get more Sun.
Test stays low with high insulin and high cortisol. Leading to high estrogen. Need to focus on liverhealth. Choline. B vitamins. HCL to foods.

Shiet is I've been doing almost all of those things. Yet my bloods are not good. Especially my dht was literally dead before taking fin. And I had urges to masturbate 24/7.

But Helen says something here about high copper-> histamine ded, leading to our bodies not actually retaining iron -> low 5ar -> no dht

This all creating like this vicious cycle of not getting out, but honestly I still don't understand anything at all.

I aged like 10years on my whole body in this one month. And just yesterday my skin started bouncing back again, from dents being on my body for 2 hours to now maximum of 5 minutes. Which makes me happy as fak. But I really want to prevent another crash. But I'm totally in the open about all of this.

My blood shows, high estrogen, high phosphor , skyhigh cortisol, high cholesterol, previously extreme low DHT and middle/low test.. Borderline high calcium, And semilow iron in blood. Ferrytyn higher end. Don't know copper yet. Hairtest gonna be here in 2weeks earliest. Sux.

In the end I'm just living hoping nothing happens.
